【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、マンコンベアの踏
段に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】エスカレータの踏段１は、図２に示すよ
うに、無端状の踏段チェーン２及び前輪３が取付けられ
た前輪軸４に固定具５を介して取外し自在（開閉レバー
機構１０により）に設けられるのが一般的である。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しょうとする課題】この固定具５は、通常
図３に示すものが使用され、予め前輪軸４に位置決めの
上、固定される性質のもので、これが劣化して交換しな
ければならない場合には、踏段チェーン２や前輪３など
を先ず取外さなければならないため、極めて大掛かりな
作業になってしまっていた。又、この固定具５の位置決
めにも工夫が必要であった。
【０００４】本発明は、上記の点に鑑みなされたもの
で、位置決めや交換作業などが簡単に行えるマンコンベ
アの踏段を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、マンコンベア
の前輪軸の所定位置に固定具を介して踏段が取付けられ
るものにおいて、固定具は開口部を備え、前輪軸と対向
する内面には係合部を設けるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明は、取外し自在な固定具を
提案するものである。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例について、図面を用
いて説明する。図１は本発明に係る固定具５０の斜視
図、図４は固定具５０の取付要領を説明するための説明
図、図５は本発明に係る前輪軸４０と固定具５０との係
合状態を示す図である。
【０００８】図中、５０ａは固定具５０に設けられた開
口部で、例えば円筒形状の固定具５０の口が開くように
構成されており、この開口部５０ａと反対側の外周には
口が開きやすいように溝５０ｂが施されている。
【０００９】そして、この固定具５０の内面には、例え
ば突起５０ｃが設けられており、一方前輪軸４０には溝
４０ａが設けられ、この固定具５０の突起５０ｃが前輪
軸４０の溝４０ａに嵌合するように固定具５０が前輪軸
４０に取付けられ正確に位置決めされる。
【００１０】この固定具５０と前輪軸４０との係合関係
は突起と溝をそれぞれ逆に設けて係合させてもよく、実
施例には限定されない。このような固定具は例えばナイ
ロン樹脂製など種々の材質のものを利用することができ
る。
【００１１】このような固定具５０にすれば、図４から
分かるように踏段チェーン２及び前輪３を前輪軸４０に
取付けた状態のまま、固定具５０の前輪軸４０への取付
・取外しが従来からの開閉レバー機構６により極めて簡
単に行うことができ、固定具を交換する手間を大幅に改
善できるものである。尚、本発明は当然ながら、エスカ
レータだけでなく、動く歩道の踏段の構造にも適用でき
るのは明らかである。

【発明の効果】以上述べたように本発明によれば、経年
変化により万一固定具を交換しなければならない場合に
も、固定具のみを極めて簡単に交換することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 マンコンベアの前輪軸の所定位置に固定
    具を介して踏段が取付けられるものにおいて、前記固定
    具は開口部を備え、前記前輪軸と対向する内面には係合
    部を設けたことを特徴とするマンコンベアの踏段。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記固定具の係合部には突起、前記前輪
    軸には溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のマ
    ンコンベアの踏段。
  3. 【請求項３】前記固定具の開口部と反対側の外周には溝
    を設けたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のマンコンベ
    アの踏段。
