Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の構造式を有する組成物: 式中、R1は3〜15個の原子を含有する単環式又は多環式ヘテロ環基であり 、それらのうちの少なくとも1つはN、O、P及びS−(O)0-2からなる群か ら選択され、このときR1はエポキシド基を含有していない。 2.R1がハロゲン、オキソ、ヒドロキシル、低級アルキル、置換低級アルキル 、アルコキシ、アリール、アシル、アリールオキシ、カルボキシル、置換アリー ル、ヘテロ環、ヘテロアリール、置換ヘテロアリール、シクロアルキル、置換シ クロアルキル、ニトロ、シアノ及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された1 又は2種以上の化合物と一置換又は多置換されている、請求項1に記載の組成物 。 3.R1は3〜15個の原子を含有する単環式、二環式又は三環式シクロアルキ ル基であり、それらのうちの少なくとも1つがO又はS−(O)0-2からなる群 から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.R1がハロゲン、オキソ、ヒドロキシル、低級アルキル、置換低級アルキル 、アルコキシ、アリール、アシル、アリールオキシ、カルボキシル、置換アリー ル、ヘテロ環、ヘテロアリール、置換ヘテロアリール、シクロアルキル、置換シ クロアルキル、ニトロ、シアノ及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された1 又は2種以上の化合物と一置換又は多置換されている、請求項3に記載の組成物 。 5.R1が下記である請求項3に記載の組成物: 式中、R1'、R1''、R1'''及びR1''''は、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシル、低級ア ルキル、置換低級アルキル、アルコキシ、アリール、アシル、アリールオキシ、 カルボキシル、置換アリール、ヘテロ環、ヘテロアリール、置換ヘテロアリール 、シクロアルキル、置換シクロアルキル、ニトロ、シアノ及びそれらの混合物か らなる群から独立して選択され、XはO、又はS−(O)0-2である。 6.R1'''及びR1''''が単一酸素原子である、請求項5に記載の組成物。 7.R1'、R1''、R1'''及びR1''''が、H、低級アルキル、置換低級アルキル 、アルコキシ、アリール及び 置換アリールからなる群から独立して選択される、請求項5に記載の組成物。 8.R1'、R1''、R1'''及びR1''''が、H、低級アルキル及び置換低級アルキ ルからなる群から独立して選択される、請求項5に記載の組成物。 9.R1が下記を含む群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物: 式中、各Rは、H、低級アルキル、及び置換低級アルキルからなる群から独立 して選択され、このときXはO、又はS−(O)0-2である。 10.R1が3−テトラヒドロフラニル、3−テトラヒドロチオフラニル、4− ピラニル及び4−チオピラニルからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組 成物。 11.請求項1の組成物を含んでいるアデノシン1型受容体作動薬。 12.治療的有効量の請求項1の組成物を哺乳動物に投与することを含んでいる 、哺乳動物における細胞増殖に関係しているA1心臓アデノシン受容体を刺激す ることによって治療することのできる冠動脈の電気的障害を経験している哺乳動 物において冠動脈の活動を刺激するため の方法。 13.治療的有効量の範囲が哺乳動物の体重1kg当たり約0.01〜約100 mgである、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.上室性頻拍、心房細動、心房粗動及びAV結節再入性頻拍を含む群から選 択される冠動脈の電気的障害を経験している哺乳動物に前記組成物が投与される 、請求項12に記載の方法。 15.哺乳動物がヒトである、請求項14に記載の方法。 16.請求項1の組成物と1又は2種以上の前記薬剤学的賦形剤とを含有してい る薬剤学的組成物。 17.前記薬剤学的組成物が溶液の形である、請求項16に記載の薬剤学的組成 物。 18.前記薬剤学的組成物が錠剤の形である、請求項16に記載の薬剤学的組成 物。
