Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ウエブ(1)の移動方向(A)に一般的に横断的に材料を超音波的に溶接 または切断する方法において、前記ウエブの移動方向(A)に対して斜角(β) で少なくとも一つの長い超音波ホーン(2)を置くこと、および回転軸(B′) がホーン(2)の縦軸(B)と一般的に平行である回軸シリンダー(3)上にホ ーン(2)に対応する超音波アンビル(4)を設けることを特徴とする方法。 2.アンビル(4)をシリンダーの回転軸(B′)の方向に一定のピッチを持 ってシリンダー(3)に沿って螺旋的に延ばすことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に 記載の方法。 3.アンビル(4)をシリンダーの回転軸(B′)の方向に一定でないピッチ を持ってシリンダー(3)に沿って螺旋的に延ばすことを特徴とする請求の範囲 1に記載の方法。 4.シリンダー(3)の回転速度をウエブ(1)の速度に適合させること、更 にシリンダー(3)の周辺速度が溶接点におけるアンビル(4)の速度がウエブ (1)の速度と一致するようなものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜3の いずれかに記載の方法。 5.溶接または切断工程中にホーン(2)とアンビル(4)間の接触点がホー ン(2)とアンビル(4)の長さに沿って連続的に動くようにウエブ(1)の移 動方向(A)に関して角度(β)および一般的に等しい角度(β′)を形成する ところのホーン(2)とアンビル支持シリンダー(3)の傾斜度を前記アンビル (4)の螺旋ピッチに適台させること、及び前記溶接または切断工程がウエブ( 1)の移動方向(A)に本質的に横断的になされていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲4に記載の方法。 6.前記ウエブ(1)の二つの相互に引き続いた溶接または切断間の距離をア ンビル支持シリンダー(3)の半径およびそれによって支持されたアンビル(4 )の数の選択により制御することを特徴とする請求の範囲5に記載の方法。
