Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基板とその上に設けられた薄層の積層とを有する光学記録媒体であって、前 記積層は第1誘電体層及び第2誘電体層、二つの結晶学的状態間で変化でき且 つ前記の誘電体層間に配置された記録層、前記の記録層と第1誘電体層との間 に配置された第3誘電体層、及び反射層を具えている光学記録媒体において、 前記の第3誘電体層が炭化物を具えていることを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 2.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、炭化物を具えている第4誘電体層が 前記の記録層と第2誘電体層との間に配置されているとを特徴とする光学記録 媒体。 3.請求項1又は2記載の光学記録媒体において、前記第3誘電体層が2nmと8 nmとの間の厚さを有するとを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 4.請求項2記載の光学記録媒体において、前記第4誘電体層が2nmと8nmとの 間の厚さを有するとを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 5.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記第3誘電体層が前記第1誘電体 層の厚さとほぼ等しい厚さを有することを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 6.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記基板と記録層との間の距離が70 nmよりも大きいか又は70nmと等しいことを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 7.予め決められた波長を有する放射線ビームにより走査されるために設計され た請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記基板と記録層との間の距離が70 nmと前記基板と記録層との間の少なくとも一つの層の屈折率により分割された 波長の半分との合計よりも小さいか、又はそれと等しいことを特徴とする光学 記録媒体。 8.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記記録層と反射層との間の距離が 20nmよりも大きいか又は20nmと等しいことを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 9.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記記録層と反射層との間の距離が 40nmよりも小さいか又は40nmと等しいことを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 10.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記の炭化物は群SiC,ZrC,TaC ,TiC及びWCの一員であることを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 11.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、記録層がGeSbTe化合物を具えてい ることを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 12.請求項11記載の光学記録媒体において、前記化合物が化学量論的組成を 有することを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 13.請求項1記載の光学記録媒体において、前記記録層が10nmと35nmとの間の 厚さを有することを特徴とする光学記録媒体。 14.前記媒体が少なくとも2.4m/sの媒体に対する速度で放射線ビームにより走 査される高速記録のための、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項記載の光学記録媒 体の使用。
