Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.凍結乾燥安定剤を含有しそして20℃を越える温度で熱安定な凍結乾燥した 小胞含有超音波造影剤。 2.凍結乾燥安定剤を含有しそして20℃を越えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有す る小胞含有超音波造影剤。 3.前記安定剤がスクロース、マルトース.H2O、トレハロース、ラフィノース 及びスタキオースからなる群より選ばれる請求項1及び2のいずれかの項に記載 の造影剤。 4.前記安定剤がスクロースからなる請求項1及び2のいずれかの項に記載の造 影剤。 5.前記剤において前記安定剤の小胞に対する重量比が少なくとも10:1であ る請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の造影剤。 6.前記剤において前記安定剤の小胞に対する重量比が少なくとも20:1であ る請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の造影剤。 7.前記剤において小胞がハロカーボンガス又はガス前駆物質を含有する請求項 1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の造影剤。 8.前記剤において小胞がペルフルオロアルカンを含有する請求項7に記載の造 影剤。 9.前記剤において小胞がペルフルオロブタン及びペルフルオロペンタンから選 ばれるペルフルオロアルカンを含有する請求項7に記載の造影剤。 10.前記剤において小胞の膜がリン脂質からなる請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に 記載の造影剤。 11.小胞超音波造影剤及び凍結乾燥安定剤又は安定剤の混合物からなる水性分散 体を凍結乾燥することからなる熱安定な凍結乾燥した小胞含有超 音波造影剤の製造方法であって、ここで前記安定剤又は安定剤の混合物は少なく とも20℃のTg値及び−37℃又はそれより高いTg'値を有することを特徴とす る前記方法。 12.前記水性分散体が前記安定剤の1〜50重量%を含有する請求項11に記載 の方法。 13.前記水性分散体が前記安定剤及び小胞超音波造影剤を少なくとも10:1の 重量比で含有する請求項11及び12のいずれかの項に記載の方法。 14.前記小胞造影剤がハロカーボンガス又はガス前駆物質を含有する請求項11 〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15.前記小胞がペルフルオロブタン及びペルフルオロペンタンから選ばれるハロ カーボンを含有する請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記水性分散体がさらに増量剤を含有する請求項11〜15のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 17.前記増量剤がC3ポリオールである請求項16に記載の方法。 18.前記水性分散体が前記増量剤の3〜10重量%を含有する請求項16及び1 7のいずれかの項に記載の方法。 19.水性担体媒質、凍結乾燥安定剤又は安定剤の混合物及び音響発生小胞超音波 造影剤からなる超音波造影媒質であって、ここで前記安定剤又は安定剤の混合物 は少なくとも20℃のTg値及び−37℃又はそれより高いTg'値を有することを 特徴とする前記媒質。 20.診断用超音波像形成を包含する診断に使用する小胞含有超音波造影媒質の製 造のため、少なくとも20℃のTg値及び−37℃又はそれより高いTg'値を有す る凍結乾燥安定剤又は安定剤の混合物の使用。 21.小胞含有超音波造影剤の貯蔵及び輸送の方法であって、ここで前記剤 は凍結乾燥形態であり、凍結乾燥安定剤を含有しそして少なくとも20℃のガラ ス転移温度(Tg)を有し、そして貯蔵及び輸送を冷却を使用しないで実行すること を特徴とする前記方法。 22.小胞含有超音波造影媒質の製造方法であって、前記方法は請求項1〜10の いずれか一項に記載の凍結乾燥した造影剤を生理学的に許容し得る水性分散媒質 に分散させることからなる前記方法。
