Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有価値金属を含む金属含有物質から有価値金属を回収する方法であって、 硫酸、還元剤、及び炭素源を含む硫酸溶液中で、有価値金属を可溶化させるの に十分な時間にわたって、金属含有物質を温浸処理し、 温浸処理した混合物を加熱して75〜95℃に十分な時間にわたって保持し、 得られた溶液を残存する固形物から分離する、 各工程を含む有価値金属の回収方法。 2.硫酸溶液が、フッ素イオン源としてフッ化水素酸をさらに含む請求項1に 記載の方法。 3.硫酸溶液が、 1ポンドの金属含有物質の固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.09〜0.4ポンド の濃硫酸、 1ポンドの金属含有物質の固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.01〜0.03ポン ドの還元剤、 1ポンドの金属含有物質の固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.01〜0.03ポン ドの炭素源、及び 水の中の5〜15%の硫酸溶液を形成するのに十分な水、 を含んでなる請求項1に記載の方法。 4.硫酸溶液が、フッ素イオン源として少なくとも50%のフッ化水素酸(H F)を0.05〜0.2ポンドさらに含む請求項3に記載の方法。 5.硫酸溶液が、 1ポンドの固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.33ポンドの濃硫酸、 1ポンドの固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.02ポンドの還元剤、 1ポンドの固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.02ポンドの炭素源、 及び 硫酸の11%溶液を形成するのに十分な水、 を含んでなる請求項3に記載の方法。 6.硫酸溶液が、フッ素イオン源として70%のフッ化水素酸(HF)を1ポ ンドの固形物(乾き基準)あたり0.12ポンドさらに含む請求項5に記載の方 法。 7.加熱した温浸処理混合物を冷却する工程をさらに含む請求項3に記載の方 法であって、 金属含有物質を硫酸溶液中で少なくとも1時間温浸処理し、 温浸処理した混合物を75℃より高い温度に少なくとも0.5時間加熱し、 得られた混合物を60℃未満に冷却し、 得られた溶液を濾過によって分離する、 各工程を含む方法。 8.加熱した温浸処理混合物を冷却する工程をさらに含む請求項4に記載の方 法であって、 金属含有物質を硫酸溶液中で少なくとも1時間温浸処理し、 温浸処理した混合物を75℃より高い温度に少なくとも0.5時間加熱し、 得られた混合物を60℃未満に冷却し、 得られた溶液を濾過によって分離する、 各工程を含む方法。 9.分離工程の後、 分離した不溶固形物を、得られた分離した溶液(濾液)の体積に等しい体積の 水で洗浄し、 その洗浄水を、温浸工程で使用する硫酸溶液中にリサイクルする、 各工程をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 10.還元剤が鉄である請求項3に記載の方法。 11.還元剤が鉄である請求項4に記載の方法。 12.炭素源が活性炭である請求項3に記載の方法。 13.炭素源が活性炭である請求項4に記載の方法。
