- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記の式Iを有するイミダゾール部位を有する置換スルフィニル複素環式化 合物のマグネシウム塩の製造法において、式Iの該置換スルフィニル複素環式化 合物を弱塩基およびマグネシウム源と一緒に混合する前記製造法: 式中、Arは Zは そしてXは であり、ここで、 ベンズイミダゾール部位のベンゼン環内のNは、R7〜R10で置換された炭素原 子の一つが場合により置換基のない窒素原子で交換されてもよ いことを意味し; R1、R2およびR3は、同じかまたは異なり、そして水素、アルキル、アルキルチ オ、場合によりフッ素で置換されていてもよいアルコキシ、アルコキシアルコキ シ、ジアルキルアミノ、ピペリジノ、モルホリノ、ハロゲン、フェニルアルキル 、およびフェニルアルコキシから選ばれ、その際、アルキルおよびアルコキシ基 は枝分れまたは線状であってよく、そしてシクロアルキルアルコキシ基のような 環式アルキル基を有していてもよい; R4、R5は、同じかまたは異なり、そして水素、アルキルおよびアラルキルから 選ばれる; R6は、水素、ハロゲン、トリフルオロメチル、アルキルまたはアルコキシであ る; R7〜R10は、同じかまたは異なり、そして水素、アルキル、アルコキシ、ハロ ゲン、ハロアルキル、アルキルカルボニル、アルコキシカルボニル、オキサゾリ ル、トリフルオロアルキルから選ばれるか、または隣り合う基R7〜R10が環構造 を形成し、該環構造は更に置換されてもよい; R11は、水素であるか、またはR3と一緒にアルキレン鎖を形成し;そして R12およびR13は、同じかまたは異なり、そして水素、ハロゲン、アルキルまた はアルコキシ基から選ばれ、ここで該アルコキシ基は分枝鎖または直鎖のC1〜C9 鎖であってよく、そして該アルキルおよびアルコキシ基は環式アルキル基、例え ばシクロアルキルアルキル基を含んでもよい。 2.弱塩基が有機アミンおよびアンモニアからなる群から選ばれる、請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.弱塩基がアンモニアである、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.マグネシウム源が有機および無機のマグネシウム塩からなる群から選ばれる 、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.マグネシウム源が酢酸マグネシウム、硝酸マグネシウム、硫酸マグネシウム 、炭酸マグネシウムおよび塩化マグネシウムからなる群から選ばれ、好ましくは 硫酸マグネシウムである、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.反応を溶媒の存在下で実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.反応を水性有機溶媒の存在下で実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.弱塩基およびマグネシウム源が、該方法の工程中に濾過で除去できるアンモ ニウム塩を生じるように選ばれる、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、5−メトキシ− 2[[(4−メトキシ−3,5−ジメチル−2−ピリジニル)メチル]スルフィニル ]−1H−ベンズイミダゾール、マグネシウム塩。 10.請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、(−)−5−メト キシ−2[[(4−メトキシ−3,5−ジメチル−2−ピリジニル)メチル]ス ルフィニル]−1H−ベンズイミダゾール、マグネシウム塩。 11.活性成分として、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された 式Iの置換スルフィニル複素環式化合物のマグネシウム塩および医薬上許容され る担体を含む、医薬組成物。
