Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.治療剤カチオンと多塩基性アニオン対イオンとを含む、投与されるべき 治療剤を包含する、治療剤を体表を通して投与する電気的移送式デバイス(10 )のドナー溜め(26、28)であって、 溶液中で少なくとも+2の原子価を有する金属カチオンMとpH増強性アニオ ンXとを形成する化合物を含み、カチオンMが多塩基性アニオン対イオンと錯体 を形成することを特徴とするドナー溜め(26、28)。 2.化合物が式:MXを有し、式中、Mはアルミニウム、カルシウム、コバ ルト、銅、鉄、ニッケル、チタン又は亜鉛であり;Xはオキシド、ヒドロキシド 、カーボネート、アルコキシド、アルキル、ヒドリド、アセトニルアセトネート 又は混合アセトニルアセトネート−アルコキシドである、請求項1記載のドナー 溜め(26、28)。 3.MXが酸化亜鉛又は水酸化カルシウムである、請求項2記載のドナー溜 め(26、28)。 4.化合物が溜めに、溜めのpHを高めるために加えられる、請求項1記載 のドナー溜め(26、28)。 5.溜め(26、28)が、治療剤の電気的移送式流量に対する体表の透過 選択性が強化されるような範囲内のpHを有する、請求項4記載のドナー溜め( 26、28)。 6.体表が皮膚であり、溜めのpHが約5〜約7の範囲内である、請求項4 記載のドナー溜め(26、28)。 7.前記多塩基性アニオン対イオンがシトレート、オキサレート、マロネー ト、スクシネート、グルタレート、アジペート、ピメレート、マレエート、ポリ アクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリアクリルアミドメタンスルホネート、 フマレート、又はこれらの混合物である、請求項4記裁のドナー溜め(26、2 8)。 8.前記多塩基性アニオン対イオンがシトレートである、請求項1記載のド ナー溜め(26、28)。 9.化学量論量の前記化合物がドナー溜め(26、28)に加えられる、請 求項1記載のドナー溜め(26、28)。 10.前記治療剤がクエン酸薬物塩である、請求項1記載のドナー溜め(2 6、28)。 11.多塩基性アニオン対イオンによる金属カチオンMの錯形成が、1x1 04より大きい錯体生成定数を有する、請求項1記載のドナー溜め(26、28 )。 12.溜め(26、28)が治療剤の水溶液を含む、請求項1記載のドナー 溜め(26、28)。 13.溜め(26、28)が治療剤の溶液を含有するマトリックスを含む、 請求項1記載のドナー溜め(26、28)。 14.マトリックスが親水性ポリマーを含む、請求項13記裁のドナー溜め (26、28)。 15.請求項1記載のドナー溜め(26、28)を含む電気的移送式治療剤 投与デバイス(10)。 16.式: [式中、R1とR2は同じ又は異なるものであることができ、H、−OH、低級ア ルキル、カルボキシル又はアルコキシであり;R3は−H、−OH、低級アルキ ル又はアルコキシであり;R4とR5は同じ又は異なるものであることができ、− H、−OH、アルキル、低級アルキル、アルコキシ又はカルボキシルであり;Y はフェンタニール、スフェンタニール又はアルフェンタニールであり;Mは金属 カチオンであり:nは2以上の値を有する整数である] で示されるアミン薬物錯体。 17.金属錯体の生成定数が1x104より大きい、請求項16記載のアミ ン薬物錯体。 18.式: [式中、Mはアルミニウム、カルシウム、コバルト、銅、鉄、ニッケル、チタン 及び亜鉛から成る群から選択される金属カチオンであり;Yはフェンタニール、 スフェンタニール又はアルフェンタニールである]で示され、この金属錯体の生 成定数が1x104より大きいアミン薬物錯体の組成物。 19.治療剤と化合物の溶液であって、治療剤が溶液中にカチオンと多塩基 性アニオン対イオンとを含む溶液を用意することを含む、治療剤を電気的移送に よって体表を通して投与する電気的移送式デバイス(10)のドナー溜め(26 、28)の製造方法であって、 化合物が溶液中で少なくとも+2の原子価を有する金属カチオンMとpH増強 性アニオンXとを形成し、Mが前記多塩基性アニオンと錯形成することができる ことを特徴とする上記方法。 20.化合物が式:MXを有し、式中、Mはアルミニウム、カルシウム、コ バルト、銅、鉄、ニッケル、チタン又は亜鉛であり;Xはオキシド、ヒドロキシ ド、カーボネート、アルコキシド、アルキル、ヒドリド、アセトニルアセトネー ト又は混合アセトニルアセトネートーアルコキシドである、請求項19記載の方 法。 21.MXが水酸化カルシウム又は酸化亜鉛である、請求項1記載の方法。 22.該溶液に化合物MXを加えることが溶液のpHを少なくとも2pH単 位高める、請求項1記裁の方法。 23.該溶液に化合物MXを加えることが溶液のpHを、治療剤の電気的移 送式流限に対する体表の透過選択性が強化されるようなレベルにまで高める、請 求項22記載の方法。 24.体表が皮膚であり、溶液が約5〜約7の範囲内のpHを有する、請求 項19記載の方法。 25.前記多塩基性アニオン対イオンがシトレート、オキサレート、マロネ ート、スクシネート、グルタレート、アジペート、ピメレート、マレエート、ポ リアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリアクリルアミドメタンスルホネート 、フマレート、又はこれらの混合物である、請求項19記載の方法。 26.前記多塩基性アニオン対イオンがシトレートである、請求項19記載 の方法。 27.化合物を、溶液中の非錯形成Mの濃度を実質的に最小にするような量 で、溶液に加える、請求項19記載の方法。 28.前記治療剤がクエン酸薬物塩である、請求項19記載の方法。 29.多塩基性アニオン対イオンによる金属カチオンMの錯形成が、約1x 104より大きい錯体生成定数を有する、請求項19記載の方法。 30.該溶液が水溶液を含む、請求項19記載の方法。
