Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記特性を有する水溶液用の超吸収体粉末: 固有吸収能 53g/g以上、 保持力 25〜35g/g、 毛細管吸収能(5kPa、1.5gの樹脂) 20g/g以上、 多孔度 50〜800g、 ゲル化時間 100〜200秒。 2. 親水性の不飽和エチレン系モノマーである部分的に塩化され部分的に架橋 されたアクリル酸の逆相懸濁重合で得られる粒度が0.1〜1mmのポリマーの球で 構成される請求項1に記載の粉末。 3. 下記特性範囲: 固有吸収能 55g/g以下、 保持力 21〜29g/g、 毛細管吸収能(5kPa、1.5gの樹脂) 21g/g以上、 多孔度 1.000以上g、 ゲル化時間 120〜230秒 を有する毛細管吸収能の高い超吸収体粉末と、下記特性範囲: 固有吸収能 62g/g以上、 保持力 32〜36g/g、 毛細管吸収能(5kPa、1.5gの樹脂) 8〜12g/g、 多孔度 20g以下、 ゲル化時間 90〜120秒 を有する固有吸収能が高い超吸収体粉末とを、25:75〜60:40の重量比で混合し て、下記特性: 固有吸収能 53g/g以上、 保持力 25〜35g/g、 毛細管吸収能(5kPa、1.5gの樹脂) 20g/g以上、 多孔度 50〜800g、 ゲル化時間 100〜200秒 を有する吸収体粉末を製造する方法。 4. 毛細管吸収能が高い超吸収体粉末と、固有吸収能が高い超吸収体粉末とが 、親水性の飽和エチレン系モノマーである部分的に塩化され部分的に架橋された アクリル酸の逆相懸濁重合で得られる粒度が0.1〜1mmのポリマーの球で構成さ れる請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 毛細管吸収能の高い粉末が、逆相懸濁重合の後に後架橋時の無水ポリマー に対する含水量が0.3〜0.50で且つポリマー無水物に対する架橋剤の最小量が500 ppmである条件下で後架橋して得られるアクリル酸のポリマー粉末である請求項 3または4に記載の方法。 6. 請求項1〜5の超吸収体ポリマーの粉末の、超吸収体を高い比率で組み込 んだ極薄おむつの形での衛生用品の製造での使用。
