Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.排出手段(3)に向かって液体と共に削り屑を運ぶために工作機械にふりか けることができる配分手段(2)に接続された加圧された液体の少なくとも一 つの到着口(1)を含む種類であって、上記配分手段が適切なふりかけ体積の 全てに液体を噴霧することができる多方向型の少なくとも一つのノズル(2) によって実現され、上記体積が削り屑発生の主要な堆積領域を含んでいる、工 作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を取り除くための装置にお いて、上記多方向型ノズル(2)が実質上直線的な液体のジェットを噴霧する 複数の開口(23)を有するヘッドを持っており、上記ヘッドが上記ジェット がその体積の全体を周期的に走査するように可動に取り付けられていることを 特徴とする工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を取り除くた めの装置。 2.上記多方向型ノズル(2)が回転するヘッド(21)を持っていることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第1項記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生 する削り屑を取り除くための装置。 3.上記回転型ヘッド(21)が自動回転型であり、液体の噴霧によって作り出 される偶力が上記ヘッドを回転駆動することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項 記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を取り除くための 装置。 4.上記回転型ヘッドが球形をしており、接線方向に向けられた多数の開口(2 3)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第3項記載の工作機械の加工 ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を取り除くための装置。 5.上記回転型ヘッドが回転扉型であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項か ら第3項までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発 生する削り屑を取り除くための装置。 6.上記多方向型ノズル(2)が最も有利な角度で工具に直接ふりかけるように 設けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれ か一つに記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を取り除 くための装置。 7.その加工ヘッド(7)、加工片(6)および多方向型ノズル(2)が一つの 同じ閉じられた容器(1)の中に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求の範 囲第1項から第6項までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7) によって発生する削り屑を取り除くための装置。 8.上記工作機械が高速で加工する機械であることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 1項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によ って発生する削り屑を取り除くための装置。 9.その加圧された液体が加工の全期間中その多方向型ノズルによって噴霧され る可溶性オイルであることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項から第8項までの いずれか一つに記載の工作機械の加工ヘッド(7)によって発生する削り屑を 取り除くための装置。
