Abstract
【解決手段】 加水分解酵素にソホロリピッドを添加した洗浄剤組成物を検討した結果、他の界面活性剤及び加水分解酵素の組み合わせでは見られない、固着した汚染物に対する優れた洗浄力を見出すことに成功した。即ち、本発明は、(a)加水分解酵素の配合量が、0.01〜10重量%であり、(b)ソホロリピッドの配合量は、0.1から10重量%である、酵素配合洗浄剤組成物に関するものである。

Description
13.5gのサンプルを1000gの蒸留水に溶解し、サンプル溶液とした。4mlの蒸留水に、0.15%となるように500μlのサンプル溶液を添加した。30℃で5分間加温した後に、ファデバス・アミラーゼテスト〔日本ファーマ・プロモーション(株)より入手、製品番号7M5009〕を1錠添加し、15秒間攪拌した。30℃で2分間及び4分間反応させた後に、1mlの0.5N水酸化ナトリウムを添加することで反応を停止させ、遠心分離(15000rpm、5分間)にて不要成分を沈殿させ、得られた遠心上澄みの620nmにおける吸光度を測定した。
4mlの蒸留水に対して、ファデバス・アミラーゼテストを1錠添加し、15秒間攪拌した。30℃で2分間及び4分間反応させた後に、1mlの0.5N水酸化ナトリウムを添加、攪拌し、500μlのサンプル溶液を添加した。遠心分離(15000rpm、5分間)を行った後、得られた上澄みの620nmにおける吸光度を測定した。
ファデバス・アミラーゼテストに同封されている国際単位の検量線を基準とし、これに(1)及び(2)の吸光度の差を当てはめることで、α−アミラーゼの活性を算出した。
(1)プレミセル(小型ミセル)でも洗浄力を発揮する。
界面活性剤は臨界ミセル濃度を境界にして、ミセル構造を形成し始めるが、臨界ミ セル濃度以下においても、数分子から10分子によってプレミセルという構造体を形 成する。一般的には、プレミセル状態では洗浄力としての効果は非常に低いが、ソホ ロリピッドの場合では、プレミセルの状態でもある程度の洗浄力を発揮するためにデ ンプン汚れが洗浄された。今回の場合では、デンプン汚れのような強固に付着した汚 染物に対しては、アミラーゼのような酵素の洗浄力も必要であったために、ソホロリ ピッド及びアミラーゼが共存した場合にのみ、洗浄力が発揮された。
(2)ソホロリピッドがアミラーゼを汚染物に集中させる。
ソホロリピッドは嵩高い分子構造をしているため、その分子間にタンパク質などの 他分子を取り込みやすい。臨界ミセル濃度以下では、ソホロリピッドは界面に集中し 、実施例1及び2の試験では、固相である皿に付着したデンプン汚れ及び液相である 洗浄液の界面に単分子膜を形成していると考えられ、その部分にアミラーゼが集まる ことで高い洗浄力が発揮された。

- 加水分解酵素及びソホロリピッドを含む酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
- 加水分解酵素が、アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ及びリパーゼからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種類である、請求項1に記載の酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記加水分解酵素がそれぞれ産業用に市販されている工業原料から少なくとも一種類選ばれる、請求項1〜2の酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
- 前記アミラーゼがノボザイム社製デュラミル120Tである、請求項1〜3に記載の酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
- 洗浄補助成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
- (a)前記加水分解酵素の配合量としては、0.01〜10重量%であり、より好ましくは0.5〜3重量%であり、(b)ソホロリピッドの配合量としては、0.1から10重量%であり、より好ましくは2〜4重量%であることを特徴とする酵素含有洗浄剤組成物。
