Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- 環状の注射器本体と、手の力に応答して前記注射器本体内で移動するように構成されたプランジャとを備えた注射器組立体であって、前記プランジャが、前記注射器本体の内表面と封止的に係合しているエラストマー封止体で終端し、前記封止体が、前記エラストマー封止体を介して移動して前記エラストマー封止体の表面にブルームを生じることのできる潤滑剤を中に混ぜ合わせており、それによって、前記封止体に高められた潤滑性を与えて、制御されたプランジャの動きを可能にするのに必要である動作力の低減をもたらす注射器組立体。
- 前記注射器本体およびプランジャがガラスから製造される請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記注射器本体およびプランジャが高分子樹脂から製造される請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記エラストマー封止体が、天然ゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリルブタジエン共重合体、ネオプレン、ブチルゴム、ポリスルフィドエラストマー、ウレタンゴム、エチレンプロピレンジエンエラストマー、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるエラストマーから製造される請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記潤滑剤が、アミド、蝋、エステル、油、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される有機潤滑剤である請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記潤滑剤が、前記エラストマー材料の重量に基づいて約0.05から0.50重量%の範囲の量だけ前記エラストマー材料と混ぜ合わされる請求項5に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記潤滑剤が、前記エラストマー材料の重量に基づいて約0.2から0.4重量%の範囲の量だけ前記エラストマー材料と混ぜ合わされる請求項6に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記エラストマーが、酸化防止剤、UV安定剤、着色剤、金属ステアリン酸塩類、フッ素重合体、フッ素重合体、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される1つまたは複数の添加剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記フッ素重合体が、エラストマーの重量に基づいて約10から50重量%の範囲の量だけ存在する請求項8に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記フッ素重合体が、エラストマーの重量に基づいて約20から30重量%の範囲の量だけ存在する請求項9に記載の注射器組立体。
