Abstract
【解決手段】ステントの周りを回る一連のらせん状に配向された延伸要素(22a、22b、22c)を採用した改良ステント構造形(20)が開示される。延伸要素の各々は、二つの別個のピッチ角度(30、36)を採用する階段状パターンを含む。延伸要素は、互いに協働して一連の仮想半径方向延伸可能リング(40)を形成するように配向され、前記一連の仮想半径方向延伸可能リング(40)は、ステントの適切な機能のための適切な外向きの力を提供するが、それらは、ステントから全体として分離されたなら連続的且つ密接に結び付いたリングを形成しないように、共に接続されていない。このように、先行技術に記載されたステントに対する多数の機能的利点を有する独特のステント構造形が提供される。

Claims (21)
- 縦軸線を有するステントであって、
縦軸線に基本的に垂直に配向された少なくとも一つの半径方向延伸ゾーンを具備し、
各半径方向延伸ゾーンが少なくとも二つの波状延伸要素を具備する、ステントにおいて、
各半径方向延伸ゾーンにおける波状延伸要素が、半径方向延伸ゾーン内で互いに接合されておらず、少なくとも二つの波状延伸要素の各々が複数の波形を具備しており、
さらに、該ステントが、少なくとも二つの隣接する半径方向延伸ゾーンの間に接続ゾーンを具備しており、前記接続ゾーンが、縦軸線に平行な蓄積された長さを含む少なくとも一つのブリッジ要素を具備する、ステント。 - 各半径方向延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素が、少なくとも一つの隣接する波状延伸要素に接合される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 波状延伸要素の各々が、ステントの第一端からステントの第二端まで、連続するらせん状経路を形成する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- らせん状経路が階段状である、請求項3に記載のステント。
- 接続ゾーンが、隣接する半径方向延伸ゾーンの間に形成されて、少なくとも一つのブリッジ要素を具備する、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 接続ゾーンが、接続ゾーン内で互いに接合する複数のブリッジ要素を接続ゾーンに含む、請求項5に記載のステント。
- ブリッジ要素が、交差する点で互いに接合する、請求項6に記載のステント。
- 接続ゾーンが、接続ゾーンを横切る複数のブリッジ要素を接続ゾーン内に含む、請求項5に記載のステント。
- 半径方向延伸ゾーンの各々が、非延伸状態において全体としてステントから分離されたとき、延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素の各々が互いから直ちに分離される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 半径方向延伸ゾーンの各々における波状延伸要素が、互いから単独で半径方向に延伸可能ではない、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 各半径方向延伸ゾーンが少なくとも三つの波状延伸要素を含む、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 縦軸線を有するステントであって、
縦軸線の周りに配列された複数の波状延伸要素を具備し、各々の波状延伸要素が、縦軸線の周りにらせん状に配向された第一ピッチ角度と、縦軸線に基本的に垂直に配向された第二ピッチ角度とを含むものである、ステントにおいて、
波状延伸要素の第二ピッチ角度が半径方向延伸ゾーン内で互いに整列されるように波状延伸要素が配向され、及び
波状延伸要素が半径方向延伸ゾーン内で互いに接続されておらず、及び
波状延伸要素の各々が複数の波形を具備しており、
さらに、該ステントが、少なくとも二つの隣接する半径方向延伸ゾーンの間に接続ゾーンを具備しており、前記接続ゾーンが、縦軸線に平行な蓄積された長さを含む少なくとも一つのブリッジ要素を具備する、ステント。 - 各波状要素が隣接する波状延伸要素に接続される、請求項12に記載のステント。
- 縦軸線に対して基本的に垂直に配向された一連の半径方向延伸ゾーンをステントが含み、
各半径方向延伸ゾーン内に少なくとも二つの別個の波状延伸要素がある、請求項12に記載のステント。 - 各半径方向延伸ゾーン内に少なくとも三つの別個の波状延伸要素がある、請求項14に記載のステント。
- 半径方向延伸ゾーンがステントから全体として分離されたとき、延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素の各々が互いにすぐに分離する、請求項12に記載のステント。
- 半径方向延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素が、互いから単独で半径方向に延伸可能ではない、請求項12に記載のステント。
- 縦軸線の周りを回る一連の少なくとも三つの画定されたらせん状の波状延伸要素と、
複数の半径方向延伸ゾーンであって、前記半径方向延伸ゾーン内で波状延伸要素が協働して半径方向延伸可能リングを形成する、複数の半径方向延伸ゾーンと、を具備するステントにおいて、
半径方向延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素が、互いから単独で半径方向に延伸可能ではなく、波状延伸要素の各々が複数の波形を具備しており、
さらに、該ステントが、少なくとも二つの隣接する半径方向延伸ゾーンの間に接続ゾーンを具備しており、前記接続ゾーンが、縦軸線に平行な蓄積された長さを含む少なくとも一つのブリッジ要素を具備する、ステント。 - ステントが、半径方向延伸ゾーンの少なくとも一つに隣接する少なくとも一つの接続ゾーンを含む、請求項18に記載のステントにおいて、
波状延伸要素が、接続ゾーン内で互いに接合される、請求項18に記載のステント。 - 波状延伸要素が、半径方向延伸ゾーン内で互いに接合されない、請求項18に記載のステント。
- 縦軸線の周りを回る一連の少なくとも三つの画定されたらせん状の波状延伸要素と、
複数の半径方向延伸ゾーンであって、前記半径方向延伸ゾーン内で波状延伸要素が協働して半径方向延伸可能リングを形成する、複数の半径方向延伸ゾーンと、を具備するステントにおいて、
半径方向延伸ゾーン内の波状延伸要素が相互接続されておらず、
さらに、該ステントが、少なくとも二つの隣接する半径方向延伸ゾーンの間に接続ゾーンを具備しており、前記接続ゾーンが、縦軸線に平行な蓄積された長さを含む少なくとも一つのブリッジ要素を具備する、ステント。
