Abstract
【解決手段】 電気絶縁性を有する多孔質基層と、該多孔質基層上に積層された無機質層とを備え、前記無機質層は、多数の無機粒子と、無機粒子同士を繋ぐバインダとを含み、該バインダの接着性によって多孔質基層に接着された二次電池用のセパレータにおいて、前記無機質層は、無機粒子の密度が多孔質基層に対する積層方向で該多孔質基層側ほど高くなっていることを特徴とする。

Description
ここで、dfbは、JIS Z2512に準じて測定される無機粒子のタップ密度(g/cm3)、dfaは、JIS R1620に準じて測定される無機粒子の見かけ密度(g/cm3)、Sfは、JIS M8511に準じた空気透過法により測定される無機粒子の比表面積(m2/g)、Rmは、粒子に内接する最大球の半径(μm)である。
Claims (3)
- 電気絶縁性を有する多孔質基層と、該多孔質基層上に積層された無機質層とを備え、前記無機質層が多数の無機粒子と無機粒子同士を繋ぐバインダとを含んだ二次電池用のセパレータにおいて、前記無機質層は、無機粒子の密度が多孔質基層に対する積層方向で該多孔質基層側ほど高くなっていることを特徴とする二次電池用のセパレータ。
- 正極板と負極板とがセパレータを挟んで積層された発電要素を備え、前記セパレータは、電気絶縁性を有する多孔質基層と、該多孔質基層上に積層された無機質層とを備え、前記無機質層が多数の無機粒子と無機粒子同士を繋ぐバインダとを含んだ二次電池において、前記無機質層は、無機粒子の密度が多孔質基層に対する積層方向で該多孔質基層側ほど高くなっていることを特徴とする二次電池。
- 電気絶縁性を有する多孔質基層と、該多孔質基層上に積層された無機質層とを備え、前記無機質層が多数の無機粒子と無機粒子同士を繋ぐバインダとを含んだ二次電池用のセパレータの製造方法において、無機粒子及びバインダを含んだ無機溶液を多孔質基層上に塗布する溶液塗布工程と、多孔質基層の無機溶液の塗布された面とは反対側の面に対して熱風を吹き付けて無機溶液を乾燥させる乾燥工程とを備えていることを特徴とする二次電池用のセパレータの製造方法。
