Abstract
Description
膨張弁の開度を増加させ、これにより蒸発器の乾燥領域を実質的に十分に排除するように、蒸発器への冷媒の流れを増加させ、
ある時間が経過した後に、膨張弁の開度を減少させ、
膨張弁の開度を増加させる段階及び減少させる段階を繰り返す、
段階を含む方法を提供することにより実現される。
13 過熱度センサー; 14 オフセット・コントローラ;
15 パルス・コントローラ。
Claims (8)
- 膨張弁(12)と、圧縮器とを含み、前記膨張弁(12)と前記圧縮器と蒸発器とが冷媒流を有する冷媒通路内に配置された構成の冷却システム内に配置された蒸発器(1)への冷媒の流れを制御する方法であって、
前記膨張弁(12)の開度を増加させて、これにより前記蒸発器(1)の乾燥領域(3)を実質的に十分に排除するように前記蒸発器(1)への冷媒の流れを増加させ、
時間が経過した後、前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度を減少させる、
段階と、
前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度を増加及び減少させる前記段階を繰り返す、
段階とから成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度を増加及び減少させる前記段階は、実質的に規則的な間隔で繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度が減少する前に経過する前記時間は、実質的に一定の長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1又2に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度が減少する前に経過する前記時間は、前記冷媒の前記過熱度値の測定値を基にして定められる、変化可能な長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記冷媒の前記過熱度値をモニターする段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷媒の前記過熱度値をモニターする前記段階が、前記開度が減少した後に前記過熱度値がゼロレベルのままであることを示す場合には、前記膨張弁の前記開度を増加させる前記段階の開始を遅らせる段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記冷媒の前記過熱度値をモニターする前記段階が、前記開度が減少した後に前記過熱度値がゼロレベルのままであることを示す場合には、前記開度をある量だけ減少させる段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5又6に記載の方法。
- 前記膨張弁(12)の前記開度を増加及び減少させる前記段階は、ヒステリシス制御計画に対する重畳として遂行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
