Claims (22)
- 患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させるためのモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムであって、当該システムが:
減圧下に配置された場合に収縮するように機能する密閉収縮性部材と;
複数の取付ベース部材であって:
各々の取付ベース部材が、ベース部と第1の壁部とを有し;
当該第1の壁部が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し;
前記第1の壁部の第1の端部が、第1の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第1の壁部の第2の端部が、第2の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
各々の取付ベース部材が、患者の表皮の一部に脱離可能に取付けるためのもの、および前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するためのものである;
複数の取付ベース部材と;
複数の連結部材であって:
各々の連結部材が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の壁部を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第1の端部が、第3の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第2の端部が、第4の移動可能な部材を有し;
各々の連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材のうちの1つと移動可能に連結するためのものである;
複数の連結部材と;
前記密閉収縮性部材に流体連結する第1の減圧インタフェースであって、減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に送達するように機能する第1の減圧インタフェースと;
を具え、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が、内部空間を規定する外周壁を形成すべく、移動可能に連結するように機能し、前記密閉収縮性部材が、前記内部空間に配置および連結するように機能することを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。 - 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および前記第2の移動可能な連結部材が、ピン形状の部材を具え、各々の前記複数の連結部材の前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成されたソケットを具えることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記複数の取付ベース部材が第1の接着剤によって前記密閉収縮性部材に連結され、前記複数の連結部材が第2の接着剤によって前記密閉収縮性部材に連結されることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記減圧インタフェースが前記外周壁に形成されるポートを具えることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムにおいて、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が軟質の材料を含むことを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムが、少なくとも1つの前記複数の取付ベース部材の一部に連結するフック部材を更に具え、前記フック部材が前記密閉収縮性部材の一部を少なくとも固定するように機能することを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。
- 請求項1に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムが、少なくとも1つの前記複数の取付ベース部材の一部に連結するフック部材を更に具え、前記フック部材が前記密閉収縮性部材の一部を少なくとも固定するように機能し、
各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および前記第2の移動可能な連結部材が、ピン形状の部材を具え;
各々の前記複数の連結部材の前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成されたソケットを具え;
前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が軟質の材料を含む;
ことを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システム。 - 患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させるためのモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法であって、当該方法が:
密閉収縮性部材を形成するステップであって、前記密閉収縮性部材が減圧に供された場合に収縮するように機能するステップと;
複数の取付ベース部材を形成するステップであって:
各々の取付ベース部材が、ベース部と第1の壁部とを有し;
当該第1の壁部が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し;
前記第1の壁部の第1の端部が、第1の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第1の壁部の第2の端部が、第2の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
各々の取付ベース部材が、患者の表皮の一部に脱離可能に取付けるためのもの、および前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するためのものである;
ステップと;
複数の連結部材を形成するステップであって:
各々の連結部材が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の壁部を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第1の端部が、第3の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第2の端部が、第4の移動可能な部材を有し;
各々の連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材のうちの少なくとも2つと移動可能に連結するためのものである;
ステップと;
を具え、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が、内部空間を規定する外周壁を形成すべく、移動可能に連結するように機能することを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法。 - 請求項8に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法において、前記複数の取付ベース部材を形成するステップが、ピン形状の部材として形成される前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および前記第2の移動可能な連結部材を有する各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材を形成するステップを具え、前記複数の連結部材を形成するステップが、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成されたソケットとして形成される前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材を有する各々の前記複数の連結部材を形成するステップを具えることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法が、前記複数の取付ベース部材を前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するステップと、前記複数の連結部材を前記前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するステップとを更に具えることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法が、少なくとも1つの前記複数の取付ベース部材の一部にフック部材を連結するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法が、少なくとも1つの前記複数の取付ベース部材の一部にフック部材を連結するステップを更に具え、
前記複数の取付ベース部材を形成するステップが、ピン形状の部材として形成される前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および前記第2の移動可能な連結部材を有する各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材を形成するステップを具え;
前記複数の連結部材を形成するステップが、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成されたソケットとして形成される前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材を有する各々の前記複数の連結部材を形成するステップを具える;
ことを特徴とする、モジュール型の減圧式創傷閉鎖システムの製造方法。 - 患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法であって、当該方法が:
密閉収縮性部材を提供するステップと;
複数の取付ベース部材を提供するステップであって:
各々の取付ベース部材が、ベース部と第1の壁部とを有し;
当該第1の壁部が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し;
前記第1の壁部の第1の端部が、第1の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第2の端部が、第2の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
各々の取付ベース部材が、患者の表皮の一部に脱離可能に取付けるためのものである;
ステップと;
複数の連結部材を提供するステップであって:
各々の連結部材が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の壁部を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第1の端部が、第3の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第2の端部が、第4の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
各々の連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材と移動可能に連結するためのものである;
ステップと;
内部空間を規定する外周壁を形成するように、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材を移動可能に連結するステップと;
前記密閉収縮性部材を前記内部空間に配置するステップと;
前記密閉収縮性部材を少なくとも前記外周壁の一部に連結するステップと;
減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に供給するステップと;
を具え、これによって、前記表面の創傷で閉鎖力を生成するように、前記表面の創傷の内部方向に前記取付ベース部材を引き寄せる力が生じることを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法。 - 請求項13に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法において:
前記複数の取付ベース部材を提供するステップは、前記複数の取付ベース部材を提供するステップであって、各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および第2の移動可能な連結部材がピン形状の部材を具えるステップを具え;
前記複数の連結部材を提供するステップは、前記複数の連結部材を提供するステップであって、各々の前記複数の連結部材の前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成された、サイズ調整されたソケットを具えるステップを具える;
ことを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法。 - 請求項13に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法において、前記密閉収縮性部材を少なくとも前記外周壁の一部に連結するステップが、前記複数の取付ベース部材を前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するステップを具えることを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法。
- 請求項13に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法が、前記外周壁の一部に減圧インタフェースを形成するステップを更に具え、前記減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に供給するステップが、減圧を前記減圧インタフェースに供給するステップを具えることを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を発生させる方法。
- 患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システムであって、当該システムが:
創傷閉鎖サブシステムであって:
減圧下に配置された場合に収縮するように機能する密閉収縮性部材と;
複数の取付ベース部材であって:
各々の取付ベース部材が、ベース部と第1の壁部とを有し;
当該第1の壁部が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有し;
前記第1の壁部の第1の端部が、第1の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第1の壁部の第2の端部が、第2の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
各々の取付ベース部材が、患者の表皮の一部に脱離可能に取付けるためのもの、および前記密閉収縮性部材に連結するためのものである;
複数の取付ベース部材と;
複数の連結部材であって:
各々の連結部材が、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第2の壁部を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第1の端部が、第3の移動可能な連結部材を有し;
前記第2の壁部の第2の端部が、第4の移動可能な部材を有し;
各々の連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材と移動可能に連結するためのものである;
複数の連結部材と;
前記密閉収縮性部材に流体連結する閉鎖減圧インタフェースであって、第1の減圧インタフェースが減圧を前記密閉収縮性部材に送達するように機能する閉鎖減圧インタフェースと;
を具え、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が、内部空間を規定する外周壁を形成すべく、移動可能に連結するように機能し、前記密閉収縮性部材が、前記内部空間に配置および連結するように機能する創傷閉鎖サブシステムと;
減圧治療サブシステムであって、
前記組織部位の近くに配置するためのマニホールドであって、減圧を分配し、かつ流体を受けるように機能するマニホールドと;
前記患者の表皮への配置用であり、前記マニホールドの上に空気シールを形成するように機能するシール部材と;
前記マニホールドに流体連結するための治療用減圧インタフェースであって、更なる減圧を前記マニホールドに送達するように機能する治療用減圧インタフェースと;
を具える減圧治療サブシステムと;
を具えることを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システム。 - 請求項17に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて:
各々の前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記第1の移動可能な連結部材および前記第2の移動可能な連結部材が、ピン形状の部材を具え;
各々の前記複数の連結部材の前記第3の移動可能な連結部材および前記第4の移動可能な連結部材が、前記複数の取付ベース部材の前記ピン形状の部材と合致するようにサイズ調整および構成されたソケットを具える;
ことを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システム。 - 請求項17に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記複数の取付ベース部材が接着剤によって前記密閉収縮性部材に連結されることを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システム。
- 請求項17に記載の患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システムにおいて、前記複数の取付ベース部材および前記複数の連結部材が軟質の材料を含むことを特徴とする、患者の表面の創傷に閉鎖力を提供し、減圧を組織部位に送達するための減圧式創傷閉鎖および治療システム。
