Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 下流の流体処理装置を単一ライン水栓に接続するバルブ装置であって、
ハウジングと、
前記バルブ装置へ供給される流体を受け入れるための、前記ハウジング上の第一入口と、
前記第一入口と流通可能に接続された、前記ハウジング上の第一出口であり、該第一出口が前記バルブ装置から前記下流の流体処理装置へ流体を送るための第一出口と、
前記下流の流体処理装置から前記バルブ装置へ流体を受け入れるための、前記ハウジング上の第二入口と、
前記バルブ装置から前記単一ライン水栓へ流体を送るための、前記ハウジング上の第二出口と、
前記第一入口、前記第一出口、前記第二入口及び前記第二出口と流通可能に接続された、前記ハウジング内の遮断弁と、
を備え、
前記遮断弁が開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で切り替え可能であり、前記開放位置において前記第一入口を通過して前記第一出口へ至る流体の流れ及び前記第二入口を通過して前記第二出口へ至る流体の流れが可能となり、前記閉鎖位置において、前記第一入口から前記第二出口への流体の流れが阻止されることを特徴とする、
バルブ装置。 - 前記第二入口に隣接して前記ハウジング内に逆止め弁を含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記逆止め弁と前記第二入口との間に、前記第二入口内部の第一圧力を減少させることができる圧力逃がし機構を含む、請求項2に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記逆止め弁が、前記第二入口から前記第二出口への流体の流れを可能にし、かつ前記第二出口から前記第二入口への流体の流れを阻止できることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記遮断弁内にプランジャを含み、該プランジャが第一位置と第二位置との間で切り替え可能であり、
前記第一位置において、前記第一入口を通過して前記第一出口へ至る流体の流れ及び前記第二入口を通過して前記第二出口へ至る流体の流れが可能となり、
前記第二位置において、前記第一入口から前記第二出口への流体の流れが防止され、
前記第一入口内部の第一圧力と前記第二出口内部の第二圧力との間の差圧が規定値より大きいとき前記プランジャが前記第一位置にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。 - 前記遮断弁が少なくとも1つの安定化部材を含み、該安定化部材が前記プランジャを前記閉鎖位置へ付勢することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記遮断弁が前記開放位置に設定されるのを阻止するスイッチを含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ装置。
- ハウジングと、
第一入口を通過して前記ハウジングの中へ及び第一出口を通過して前記ハウジングの外へ伸びる未処理水供給流路と、
第二入口を通過して前記ハウジングの中へ及び第二出口を通過して前記ハウジングの外へ伸びる処理水供給流路と、
前記ハウジング内部の逆止め弁であり、前記ハウジングから前記第二入口を通過する流体の流れを防止する逆止め弁と、
開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で切り替え可能な前記ハウジング内部の遮断弁であって、前記開放位置において前記未処理水供給流路及び前記処理水供給流路を通過する流体の流れが可能となり、前記閉鎖位置において前記未処理水供給流路を通過する流体の流れが阻止される、遮断弁と、
を備える、バルブ装置。 - 前記第一入口を通過して前記ハウジングの中へ及び第三出口を通過して前記ハウジングの外へ伸びるバイパス流路を含む、請求項8に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記第二入口に隣接して前記ハウジング内部に圧力逃がし機構を含み、前記遮断弁が閉鎖されるとき、前記圧力逃がし機構が、空気を前記供給流路から排気できることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記未処理水供給流路を通過する流体の流量を制限する流量コントローラを含む、請求項8に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記第一入口内部の第一圧力と前記第二出口内部の第二圧力との間に差圧が形成され、前記遮断弁が前記差圧に応じて前記開放位置と前記閉鎖位置との間で切り替えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバルブ装置。
- 前記遮断弁内部に前記遮断弁を前記閉鎖位置へ付勢する安定化部材を含む、請求項8に記載のバルブ装置。
- 水供給源と、
水処理デバイスと、
入力デバイスと、
バルブ装置の中へ供給流体を受け入れるために前記水供給源に接続された第一入口と、前記バルブ装置から前記水処理デバイスへ流体を送るために前記水処理デバイスに接続された第一出口と、前記水処理デバイスから前記バルブ装置の中へ流体を受け入れるために前記水処理デバイスに接続された第二入口と、前記バルブ装置から前記入力デバイスへ流体を送るために前記入力デバイスに接続された第二出口と、前記第一入口、前記第一出口、前記第二入口及び前記第二出口と流通可能に接続された遮断弁とを含む、バルブ装置であって、前記遮断弁が開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で切り替え可能であり、前記開放位置において前記第一入口から前記第一出口への流体の流れ及び前記第二入口から前記第二出口への流体の流れが可能となり、前記閉鎖位置において前記第一入口から前記第一出口への流体の流れが阻止される、バルブ装置と、
を備える、水処理装置。 - 前記バルブ装置が前記第二入口に隣接して逆止め弁を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の水処理装置。
- 前記逆止め弁と前記第二入口との間の圧力逃がし機構と、前記第二入り口内部の第一圧力とを有し、前記圧力逃がし機構が前記第一圧力を減少させることができることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の水処理装置。
- 前記水処理デバイスに隣接して、前記水処理デバイスへの流体の流入量を制限する流量コントローラを含む、請求項14に記載の水処理装置。
- 前記遮断弁がプランジャと少なくとも1つの安定化部材とを含み、該安定化部材が前記プランジャを前記閉鎖位置へ付勢することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の水処理装置。
- 前記第一入口内部の第一圧力と、前記第二出口内部の第二圧力と、前記第一圧力と前記第二圧力との間の差圧とを有し、前記差圧が規定値より大きいとき前記遮断弁が前記開放位置へ切り替えられ、前記差圧が前記規定値より小さいとき前記遮断弁が前記閉鎖位置へ切り替えられることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の水処理装置。
- 前記バルブ装置が、前記遮断弁が前記開放位置に設定されるのを阻止するスイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の水処理装置。
