Abstract
Description
また本発明は、カートンから成る少なくとも1つの層とプラスチックから成る少なくとも1つの層とから構成される複合材から成る巻取り紙状材料のための搬送装置と、前記巻取り紙状材料のための少なくとも1つの折りたたみ装置と、シーリング継目を生成するための少なくとも1つのシーリング装置と、前記巻取り紙状材料を、容器の形成のために設けられる個々の部分に分割するための少なくとも1つの分断装置とを有している、容器状の複合パッケージを製造する装置にも関わる。
本発明の他の課題は、生産速度の向上が支援されるように、冒頭で述べた種類の装置を改善することである。
Claims (15)
- 容器状の複合パッケージの製造方法であって、カートンから成る少なくとも1つの層とプラスチックから成る少なくとも1つの層とを含んでいる複合材から成る巻取り紙状材料を折りたたみ、シーリング継目を備えさせ、それぞれ1つの容器を形成するために設けられる個々の部分に分断するようにした前記方法において、
前記シーリング継目(8)を、前記巻取り紙状材料(1)を前記個々の部分に分断する前に生成させることを特徴とする方法。 - 折り目ラインの形成のため、前記巻取り紙状材料(1)に溝を形成させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記巻取り紙状材料(1)を折りたたむことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 実質的に長方形、円形、湾曲形、楕円形、角形多角形、丸形多角形のグループから選択した横断面を備える容器を提供するために、折りたたみおよびシーリングを実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記巻取り紙状材料(1)のプラスチック成分を溶融させることにより前記シーリング継目(8)を形成させることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング継目(8)の形成を、前記巻取り紙状材料(1)を折りたたんだ後にして折りたたんだ構造を1つの平坦なチューブ状の形成物に統合した後に実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング継目(8)の形成を、前記巻取り紙状材料(1)を内部空間のまわりに折りたたんだ後に実施することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング継目を無菌形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- カートンから成る少なくとも1つの層とプラスチックから成る少なくとも1つの層とから構成される複合材から成る巻取り紙状材料のための搬送装置と、前記巻取り紙状材料のための少なくとも1つの折りたたみ装置と、シーリング継目を生成するための少なくとも1つのシーリング装置と、前記巻取り紙状材料を、容器の形成のために設けられる個々の部分に分割するための少なくとも1つの分断装置とを有している、容器状の複合パッケージを製造する装置において、
前記シーリング装置(7)が前記巻取り紙状材料の搬送方向において前記分断装置の前方に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記巻取り紙状材料(1)に溝を形成させる溝形成装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記巻取り紙状材料(1)のための折りたたみ装置が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 実質的に長方形、円形、湾曲形、楕円形、角形多角形、丸形多角形のグループから選択した横断面を備える容器を製造するように、前記巻き紙状材料(1)を折りたたむための前記折りたたみ装置が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から11までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記シーリング装置(7)がプラスチックを溶融させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から12までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記シーリング装置(7)が実質的に折りたたまれた構造に作用するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記シーリング装置(7)が内部空間を取り囲む空間構造に作用するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項9から13までのいずれか一つに記載の装置。
