Abstract

Claims (14)
- 空気入りタイヤであって、
第1の材料で構成されたトレッドベースと、
第2の材料で構成され、前記トレッドベースの半径方向外側に、地面に動作可能に接触するように配置されたトレッドキャップと、
前記空気入りタイヤの動作時にヒステリシスが第2の材料よりも実質的に低く、前記地面に至る導電経路をさらに構成する第3の材料で構成され、少なくとも一部が前記トレッドキャップ内に配置され、半径方向に前記トレッドベースから離れるように延び、前記半径方向の剛性が周方向および横方向の剛性よりも高い環状のリングと、を有することを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記リングは、前記トレッドキャップのショルダ部内に配置され、前記空気入りタイヤの転がり抵抗を低減させる、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料は、弾性率が前記第2の材料よりも実質的に高い、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料は、弾性率が前記第1の材料よりも実質的に高い、請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料はポリマーである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料はシンジオタクチックポリブタジエンポリマーである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッドキャップと前記トレッドベースと前記リングは、同時に硬化される、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料は、動的損失弾性率が1000KPaから8000KPaの間である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料は、動的損失弾性率が1500KPaから5000KPaの間である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第2の材料は、動的損失弾性率が250KPaから3000KPaの間である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第2の材料は、動的損失弾性率が500KPaから2500KPaの間である、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料と前記第2の材料との動的損失弾性率の差は500KPaよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第3の材料と前記第2の材料との動的損失弾性率の差は1000KPaよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
