Claims (8)
- 成形加工を施して形成された金属部品に研磨加工を施して金属製品を製造する研磨工程を具備する製造方法であって、
前記研磨工程の前に、前記金属部品の表面上において油脂類の加工変性により形成された油脂固着層を除去する段階を含む研磨前洗浄工程を具備することを特徴とする金属製品の製造方法。 - 前記研磨工程は、湿式のバレル研磨により前記金属部品を研磨加工する工程であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記研磨前洗浄工程は、前記金属部品を80℃以上に加熱した洗浄液に浸漬させる前記段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記研磨前洗浄工程は、前記金属部品を煮沸した前記洗浄液に浸漬させる前記段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記研磨前洗浄工程は、金属部品の表面から油脂類の加工変性により形成された油脂固着層を除去する前記段階である第1洗浄段階と、該第1洗浄工程の後に前記金属部品の表面上から微粉状の汚染物を除去する第2洗浄段階と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記洗浄液は、水系洗浄剤若しくは準水系洗浄剤のうちの中性洗浄剤又はアルカリ性洗浄剤であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記洗浄液はアルカリ性洗浄剤であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
- 前記研磨工程の後に前記金属製品の表面から汚染物を除去する研磨後洗浄工程をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の金属製品の製造方法。
