Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- シロキサンが配合された石膏コアを含む石膏製品であって、前記シロキサンの粘度が少なくとも30cpsである、石膏製品。
- 前記シロキサンは、0.08%〜1%の濃度で使用される、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 前記石膏コアは2つのカバーシートの間に挟まれている、及び少なくとも1つのカバーシートは紙製のカバーシートである、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 前記石膏コアは、耐水性コーティングで被覆され、及び前記耐水性コーティングはカリウムメチルシリコネートを含む、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 前記シロキサンの粘度は、少なくとも60cpsである、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 前記シロキサンは、メチル水素シロキサンである、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 前記石膏製品は、パネル、ボード、タイル、及び天井タイルからなる群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の石膏製品。
- 石膏製品を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
少なくとも30cpsの粘度を有する0.08%〜1%のシロキサン、及び少なくとも1つのシロキサン重合促進剤を含む石膏スラリーを調製することと、
前記スラリーを石膏製品へ形成することと、
前記スラリーが硬化するのを可能にすることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記シロキサンの粘度は少なくとも60cpsである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記シロキサンダストの量は、前記石膏製品を製造する間に、少なくとも10%減少する、請求項8に記載の方法。
