Description
参考形態におけるスタータの要部の断面図を図1に、レバー装置の正面図を図2に、レバー装置の側面図を図3に、ワッシャの正面図及び側面図を図4に、クラッチシャフトの軸方向中央部周辺の拡大断面図を図5に、図5におけるA−A矢視断面図を図6にそれぞれ示す。そして、図1〜図6を参照し構成、動作、効果の順で具体的に説明する。
次に、実施形態におけるクラッチシャフトの軸方向中央部周辺の拡大断面図を図7に示す。実施形態におけるスタータは、参考形態におけるスタータに対して、複数のワッシャを追加したものである。ここでは、参考形態におけるスタータとの相違部分である複数のワッシャについてのみ説明し、共通する部分ついては必要とされる箇所以外説明を省略する。なお、参考形態と同一の要素には同一の符号を付して説明する。
Claims (4)
- 回転力を発生するモータと、揺動するシフトレバーと、前記シフトレバーによって押圧される被押圧部を有し、前記被押圧部が押圧されることで軸方向に移動するとともに、前記回転力が伝達されることで回転する出力軸と、前記出力軸と一体的に軸方向に移動することでエンジンのリングギアと噛合するとともに、一体的に回転することでエンジンを始動するピニオンと、を備えたスタータにおいて、
前記シフトレバーと前記被押圧部との間に複数のワッシャが配設され、前記シフトレバーは、前記被押圧部側の端面に潤滑剤の充填された溝部が設けられていることを特徴とするスタータ。 - 前記複数のワッシャのうち、前記シフトレバー側のワッシャの端面の面積が、前記被押圧部側のワッシャの端面の面積より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタータ。
- 前記複数のワッシャのうち前記シフトレバーに最も近接するワッシャ、及び前記シフトレバーの少なくともいずれかに、前記シフトレバーに最も近接するワッシャの回転を抑止する回り止めが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスタータ。
- 回転力を発生するモータと、揺動するシフトレバーと、前記シフトレバーによって押圧される被押圧部を有し、前記被押圧部が押圧されることで軸方向に移動するとともに、前記回転力が伝達されることで回転する出力軸と、前記出力軸と一体的に軸方向に移動することでエンジンのリングギアと噛合するとともに、一体的に回転することでエンジンを始動するピニオンと、を備えたスタータにおいて、
前記シフトレバーは、前記被押圧部側の端面にワッシャが固定されていることを特徴とするスタータ。
