Description
・少なくとも(i)1つの抗血管新生剤および(ii)腫瘍壊死因子α(TNFα)またはTNFαの生物活性を有する分子を、治療有効量で、場合によっては、製薬的に許容される担体、賦形剤、または希釈剤と共に含んでなる医薬組成物;
・前記抗血管新生剤は、インテグリン(受容体)阻害剤/拮抗剤またはVEGF(受容体)阻害剤/拮抗剤であることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記インテグリン受容体阻害剤/拮抗剤は、RGD含有の直鎖または環状のペプチドであることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記RGD含有ペプチドは、シクロ−(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)であることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記抗血管新生剤は、インテグリン受容体またはVEGF受容体と結合する、抗体あるいは免疫療法的に活性なその断片であることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記抗血管新生剤とTNFαとが連結されて、1つの融合分子を形成することを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・少なくとも1つの細胞傷害剤およびまたは化学療法剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記細胞傷害剤は、インターフェロン・ガンマ(IFNγ)および/または別の効果的なサイトカインであることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記化学療法化合物は、シスプラチン、ドキソルビシン、ゲムシタビン、ドセタキセル、パクリタキセル(タキソール)、ブレオマイシンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・ErbB受容体チロシンキナーゼ・ファミリーの阻害剤または拮抗剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・前記阻害剤は、抗EGFR抗体、抗HER−2抗体あるいは免疫療法的に活性なその断片であることを特徴とする、対応の医薬組成物;
・(i)少なくとも1つの抗血管新生剤、好ましくはインテグリン受容体阻害剤/拮抗剤、(ii)TNFα、ならびに、場合によっては、(iii)さらに細胞傷害剤および/または化学療法剤を含んでなるパッケージからなる製薬キット;
・(i)シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)、(ii)TNFα、および(iii)IFNγ、ならびに、場合によっては、(iii)さらなる細胞傷害剤および/または化学療法剤および/またはErbB受容体チロシンキナーゼ・ファミリーの阻害剤または拮抗剤を含んでなる、対応の好ましい製薬キット;
・前記製薬的に活性な薬剤は、前記パッケージ中において、個別の容器内で提供されることを特徴とする、対応の製薬キット;
・腫瘍および腫瘍転移を治療するための医薬または医薬組成物の製造における、特許請求の範囲中、ならびに上に定義されている医薬組成物の使用;ならびに
・上に定義されている、治療的に有効な医薬組成物を、同時にまたは順序に従って、個体に投与することを含む、個体中における腫瘍または腫瘍転移を治療する方法。
(i)抗有糸分裂剤:フルロウラシル、マイトマイシン−C、タキソールなど;

(ix)チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤:SUI01など(上および下に述べるErbB受容体拮抗剤(EGFR/HER2拮抗剤)の多くも、チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤であり、従って、腫瘍増殖の阻害をもたらす抗EGF受容体阻害活性と同様に、血管および内皮細胞の発生の阻害をもたらす、抗血管形新生活性をも示す可能性がある);
(x)スラミンおよびスラミン類似体;
(xi)血管新生抑制性ステロイド;

(xvi)インテグリン拮抗剤およびインテグリン受容体拮抗剤:αv拮抗剤およびαv受容体拮抗剤、例えば、抗αv受容体抗体およびRGDペプチドなど。本発明によれば、インテグリン(受容体)拮抗剤が好ましい。
TNFα誘発性アポトーシスに対する内皮細胞のインテグリン依存性接着
HUVEC球状体の形成および生存にはインテグリンは必要ない
TNF誘発性アポトーシスに対するインテグリン・ライゲーションの効果を試験するために、本発明者らは、インテグリン依存性の接着なしに内皮細胞を培養できる条件を同定した。内皮細胞の単一細胞懸濁液は、アノイキスによって急速に死滅し(Meredith他、Mol.Biol Cell.、4、953〜961、1993)、従ってさらなる分析が妨げられた。しかし、BSAでコーティングしたウェルにヒト臍静脈内皮細胞(HUVEC)を高密度(1.0×106個の細胞/ml)で播種することにより、2〜4時間以内に多細胞性球状体が形成され、インテグリンからの検出可能な寄与なしに、24時間以上、VE−カドヘリンに依存して維持することができた。モノクローナル抗体(mAb)を妨害すること、またはEDTAを用いたCa2+−Mg2+の欠乏によるVE−カドヘリン活性の阻害は球状体の形成を妨害したが、α2、α3、α5、α6、β1、αVβ3、αVβ5インテグリンに対する阻害性mAb、RGDに基づいた妨害ペプチド、および妨害性抗PECAM−1mAbの単体または組合せは、HUVEC球状体に影響を与えなかった(図1a、データは示さず)。
フィブロネクチンへの接着はHUVECをTNF誘発性アポトーシスから保護する
インテグリンがTNF誘発性アポトーシスを変調させるかどうかを試験するために、本発明者らはHUVECをフィブロネクチン上で(インテグリン依存性接着)、または球状体として(インテグリン非依存性接着)、TNF(200ng/ml)およびTNF細胞傷害の増強剤であるIFNγ(330ng/ml)(Dealtry他、Eur.J.Immunol.、17、689〜693、1987)を存在させてまたは存在させずに培養した。フィブロネクチン上のHUVECの単層(「フィブロネクチン接着性HUVEC」)をTNF±IFNγに暴露させることによっては、YoPro−1が取り込まれていないことにより実証されたアポトーシス(Idziorek他、J.Immunol.Methods、185、249〜258、1995)、アネキシンVの細胞表面結合、カスパーゼ−3の活性化およびその基質PARPの切断は、増大されなかった(図2a、2b、データは示さず)。
インテグリン依存性シグナリングは内皮細胞をTNFα誘発性アポトーシスから保護する
TNF誘発性のNF−κB活性化はインテグリン・ライゲーションを必要としない
核因子κB(NF−κB)は、TNFに暴露させた細胞の生存を促進する(BegおよびBaltimore、Science、274、782〜784;Van Antwerp他、Science、274、787〜789、1996)。インテグリンを介した細胞接着がNF−κBを活性化させるので(Scatena他、J.Cell Biol.、141、1083〜1093、1998)、本発明者らは、TNF誘発性アポトーシスに対する球状体の感受性がNF−κB活性化の不足によるものかどうかを調査した。NF−κB活性化は、I−κBのリン酸化および解離、NF−κB核転移、ならびにNF−κB誘発性遺伝子であるICAM−1の細胞表面での発現(Collins他、Faseb J.、9、899〜909、1995)を、TNF±IFNγに暴露させた球状体およびフィブロネクチン接着性HUVEC培養物で測定することで評価した。I−κBのリン酸化および解離、NF−κBの核転移またはICAM−1の発現で有意な差は観察されず(図3a〜c)、これは、球状体中で培養したHUVECのTNF誘発性アポトーシスは、損なわれたNF−κB活性化によるものではないことを示す。
活性化はインテグリン・ライゲーションに依存し、細胞の生存に重要である
次に、内皮細胞の生存を促進する、TNFによって活性化されるタンパク質キナーゼであるAkt/PKBの活性化を分析した(MadgeおよびPober、J.Biol.Chem.、275、15458〜15465、2000)。フィブロネクチン接着性HUVECのAktの基礎的リン酸化は、TNF/IFNγへの暴露によって増加し、これは構成的なAktの活性化およびTNF誘発性のAkt活性化に矛盾しない。反対に、非処理の球状体ではAktのリン酸化は観察されず、TNF/IFN□への暴露は弱いリン酸化のみを誘発した(図4a)。HUVECの生存に対するAkt活性化の関連性を評価するために、本発明者らは、ホスホイノシチド−3(PI−3)キナーゼであり、Aktの上流活性化因子である2つの薬理的阻害剤、ワートマニンおよびLY294002を用いてフィブロネクチン接着性細胞を処置した(KandelおよびHay、Exp.Cell Res.、253、210〜229、1999)。
TNFで処置したHUVECの生存にはAktおよびNF−κBの活性化が必要
Aktmpは、活性NF−κBの存在下で球状体のTNF誘導アポトーシスを抑制する。本発明者らはまた、NF−κB活性化および活性Aktシグナリングのどちらもが生存に必要かどうか、または活性Aktのみで十分かどうかを試験した。本発明者らは、非分解性I−κBを発現しているアデノウイルスでHUVECを感染させることによって(IkB−NFκBの解離を防止するAdΔNI−κB(Brown他、Science、267、1485〜1488、1995)、構成的に活性のあるAkt(Aktmp)を発現している細胞のNF−κB活性化を妨害した。AdΔNI−κBは、フィブロネクチン接着性HUVECをTNF±IFNγ誘発性アポトーシスに感作させ、これはAktmpに影響を受けなかった。対照の電気穿孔(pBS)またはアデノウイルス感染(AdLacZ)は効果がなかった。AdΔNI−κBはまた、Aktmpを過発現している球状体をTNF+IFNγ誘発性アポトーシスに感作させた(図4d)。NF−κBの活性化を欠いているHUVEC中でAktが低用量のTNFに対して保護できるかどうかを試験するために、wtおよびAktmpを発現しているHUVECの単層をAdΔNI−κBで感染させ、TNF(0.33〜100ng/ml)に暴露させた。AdΔNI−κBはHUVECをアポトーシスに感作させたが(TNF>0.1ng/ml)、AktmpはこのようなHUVECを、低用量のTNFでさえも保護しなかった(図4e)。さらに、LY294002およびワートマニンはTNFに誘導されるICAM−1の発現を阻害せず、これはHUVEC中のNF−κB活性化にはAktシグナリングが必要なかったことを示し(図4f、データは示さず)、球状体中のICAM−1の誘発に矛盾しない(図3c参照)。対照的に、AdΔNI−κBを用いたHUVECの感染では、TNF±IFNγに応答してICAM−1の発現が抑制された(図4f)。
インテグリン・ライゲーションはFKHRおよびMDM2の活性化を促進し、MEK、p38、JNKのリン酸化を抑制する
Aktの抗アポトーシス活性は最初、そのカスパーゼ−9およびBadのリン酸化および阻害に起因しているとされていた(Datta他、Genes Dev.、13、2905〜2927、1999)。しかし、現在では、Akt依存性の生存には、フォークヘッド転写因子(FKHR/FKHRL1)(Datta他、Genes Dev.、13、2905〜2927、1999;Brunet他、Cell、96、857〜868、1999)およびMDM2のリン酸化および阻害、p53の分解(MayoおよびDonner、Proc.Natl.Acad.Sci.USA、98、11598〜11603、2001)、ならびにタンパク質キナーゼERK、p38、JNKの活性化の抑制(Rommel他、Science、286、1738〜1741、1999;Gratton他、J.Biol.Chem.、276、30359〜30365、2001;Park他、J.Biol.Chem.、277、2573〜2578、2002;MadgeおよびPober、J.Biol.Chem.、275、15458〜15465、2000)が必要であることが示されている。本発明者らは、インテグリン・ライゲーションおよびAktシグナリングの欠乏が、これらシグナル経路の改変に関連しているかどうかを調査した。本発明者らは、TNF/IFNγに暴露させた接着性HUVECおよび球状体中のMDM2、p53、リン酸化FKHR/FRKHL1、MEK、p38、−JNKのレベルを決定した。
小さな分子化合物によるインテグリン依存性接着の阻害は、in vitroおよびin vivoで内皮細胞をTNFα誘発性アポトーシスに感作させる
インテグリン・ライゲーションの低下は接着性HUVECのTNF誘発性アポトーシスを感作させる
インテグリン・ライゲーションが減少した条件下でTNFに対する感受性が増加することは、球状体に独特なことではない。インテグリン依存性接着を促進する基質であるポリL−リシン(PLL)(Bershadsky他、Curr.Biol.、6、1279〜1289、1996)上で培養したHUVECはPLL上で生存し、TNF±IFNγの添加は大量死滅を引き起こし(図6a)、これはAktmpの発現により防止された(示さず)。さらに、本発明者らは、フィブロネクチン上へのα5β1/αVβ3依存性接着のα5β1成分に影響を与えないEMD121974((シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−D−Phe−[N−Me]−Val)、αVβ3/αVβ5拮抗性環状ペプチド)(Dechantsreiter他、J.Med.Chem.、42、3033〜3040、1999)を用いて、フィブロネクチン上のHUVEC中のインテグリンαVβ3選択的に阻害した(図6b)。TNF/IFNγおよびEMD121974のいずれもが単体では生存に影響を与えなかったが、TNF/IFNγとEMD121974に組み合わせて暴露させると(非阻害性対照ペプチドEMD135981ではない)、アポトーシスおよび解離が増加し(図6c)、生存度が低下した(図6d)。Aktmpの発現は、フィブロネクチン接着性HUVECを、TNF、IFNγ、EMD121974に誘発されたアポトーシスから保護した(図6e)。
インテグリン・ライゲーションの低下は、TNFリガンドファミリーの様々なデスリガンドに誘発されるアポトーシスに接着性HUVECを感作させる
インテグリン・ライゲーションの低下の際の、デス受容体シグナリングのプロアポトーシスに対する感受性の増大はTNFに限定されておらず、フィブロネクチン上で培養したHUVECをEMD121974の存在下TRAILおよびFasLに暴露させた場合も観察された。デスドメインを欠いた受容体に結合するリガンドであるLIGHTは、αVβ3妨害に相乗効果をまったく示さなかった(図7)。
EMD121974が確立した腫瘍をTNFの抗腫瘍活性に感作させた
血管新生内皮細胞はαVβ3インテグリンを発現し、αVβ3ライゲーションは内皮細胞の生存を促進する(Brooks他、Cell、79、1157〜1164、1994;Brooks他、Science、264、569〜571、1994)。EMD121974がin vitroで内皮細胞をTNF誘発性アポトーシスに感作させたという観察は、この化合物がTNFの抗腫瘍活性を増強させることができることを示唆した。この仮定を試験するために、本発明者らは、in vitroおよびin vivoでTNFの細胞傷害に耐性の腫瘍である、高度に活動的で血管形成された同系BN175軟組織肉腫を有するラットを処置した(Manusama他、Oncol.Rep.、6、173〜177、1999)。本発明者らは、分離肢灌流(ILP)技術を使用して、TNF、EMD121974、またはその組合せを腫瘍を有する肢に投与した。TNFまたはペプチドのみを用いた治療では、腫瘍の増殖にまったく影響が与えられなかった。対照的に、TNFとEMD121974を組み合わせた投与では、50%の動物で完全な腫瘍退行、および全体的に有意な腫瘍増殖の低下がもたらされた(図8)。局部または全身性の毒性は、EMD121974/TNFで治療した動物で観察されず、これは、EMD121974が腫瘍を選択的にTNF細胞傷害に対して感作させたことを示す。BN175腫瘍細胞はTNFに非感受性であり、高いMn2+の存在下ででもフィブリノーゲンへの接着が弱いこと、およびEMD121974などαVβ3選択的阻害剤に対する感受性が低いことから評価されるように、活性のあるαVβ3インテグリンを発現しないので(発表していない観察)、相乗強化的な抗腫瘍効果が腫瘍血管形成の破壊を要することが最も可能性が高いと結論づけられる。
HUVECの培養および電気穿孔
既に記載のようにHUVECを調製し(Ruegg他、Nature Med、4、408〜414、1998)、パッセージ(passage)3と7の間で使用した。完全な培地は、M199(Life technologies、スイス、バーゼル)、10%のFCS(Seromed、ドイツ、ベルリン)、12μg/mlのウシ脳抽出物(Clonetics−Bio Whittaker、米国メリーランド州ウォーカーズビル)、10ng/mlのヒト組換えEGF(human rec. EGF(Peprotech、英国ロンドン)、25U/mlのヘパリン、1μg/mlのヒドロコルチゾン(Sigma Chemie)、2mMのL−グルタミン、100μg/mlのストレプトマイシン、100U/mlのペニシリン(Life Technologies)である。電気穿孔には、HUVECを完全培地に再懸濁させ、氷上で5分間、DNA(20μgの指定したプラスミドおよび5μgのpEGFP−C1)と共にインキュベートし、Gene Pulser(Biorad、スイス、Glattbrugg、)を用いて電気穿孔した。電気穿孔したHUVECを使用前に48時間培養した。細胞の約80%が電気穿孔の40時間後にEGFPを発現した。
球状体の形成
トリプシン処理によってHUVECを回収し、完全培地に1.0×106個の細胞/mlで再懸濁させ、事前に1%のBSAでコーティングした12ウェルの非組織培養プレート(Evergreen Scientific、米国カリフォルニア州ロサンゼルス)に1ml/ウェルで播種した。凝集体の調査には、200μlの細胞懸濁液を1%のBSAでコーティングしたELISAプレート(MaxisorpII、NUNC、デンマーク、ロスキレ)のマイクロウェルに、単独で、あるいはmAbs(10μg/ml)、EDTA(5mM)、またはCa2+/EDTA(10/5mM)の存在下で播種した。球状体の形成を6時間および16時間に評価した。Televal31顕微鏡(Carl Zeiss AG、スイス、チューリッヒ)を用いてマイクログラフを記録した。

形態学の評価のために、球状体をEpon(Fluka Chemie)に包埋し、厚い部分を1%のメチレン/アズールブルーを用いて染色した。免疫染色には、凍結させた球状体の切片を4%の(Fluka Chemis、スイス、ブーフス)ホルムアルデヒド中で固定した。1%のBSAでブロックした後、切片を連続的に1時間、一次mAb(20μg/ml)およびCyan3で標識したGaM抗血清(米国ペンシルベニア州ウェストグローブ)と共にインキュベートした。TUNEL反応には、凍結させた球状体切片を4%のパラホルムアルデヒド中で固定し、記載のように処理した(Ruegg他、I.c.)。
細胞の生存および増殖
生存度には、1%のBSAでコーティングした24mmのウェルに1×106個の細胞/mlでプレートしたHUVEC球状体、または3μg/mlのフィブロネクチンでコーティングした35mmの非組織培養プレート(Evergreen Scientific)のウェル中の4×105個の細胞を、TNFα(200ng/ml=104U/ml)±IFNγ(330ng/ml=104U/ml)を用いて刺激した。キナーゼ阻害剤またはEMDペプチドを以下の濃度、すなわち、ワートマニン、100nM;LY294002、20μM;EMDペプチド、300μMで、それぞれ刺激の1時間または4時間前に加えた。16時間の培養後、5mMのEDTAを用いて(球状体、20℃で5分間)、または1×トリプシン(接着培養物)を用いて解離することによって細胞を収穫し、洗浄し、完全培地に4×105個の細胞/mlで再懸濁させ、マイクロタイター組織培養プレート(Falcon、Becton Dickinson)に100μl/ウェルでアリコートし、3つ組、1:2ステップで滴定した。48時間後に、最後の4時間の間のMTT変換を測定することによって相対的な細胞数を評価した。結果を540nmでのO.D.値で示し(Packard Spectra Count、米国コネチカット州メリディアン)、これは3つ組のウェルの平均値±標準偏差を示す。
細胞脱離アッセイ
1μg/ウェルのフィブロネクチンまたは0.5%のゼラチンを用いて、Maxisorp II ELISAプレートを終夜、4℃、PBS中でコーティングした。コーティングしたウェルを洗浄し、1%のBSAを用いて2時間、37℃でブロックし、使用前に洗浄した。FCSなしの基礎培地中で2×104c/ウェルを加え、遠心分離(40×g)によって手短に沈降させた。段階的な濃度でペプチドを加える前に、細胞を37℃で2時間接着させた。2時間後、温かいPBSを用いてウェルを洗浄し、接着した細胞を2%のパラホルムアルデヒドで固定し、0.5%のクリスタルバイオレット(Sigma Chemie)で染色し、620nmでのO.D.読み取り値によって定量した(Packard Spectra Count)。結果をO.D.値として示し、これは、2つ組ウェルの平均±特定の接着の標準偏差(=ECMタンパク質への接着マイナスBSAへの接着)を表す。
フロー・サイトメトリー法
HUVECおよびEGFP発現の間接的な免疫染色を、以下の標準プロトコルに従って実施した(Ruegg他、I.c.)。ヨウ化プロピジウム染色によって死亡細胞を排除した。すべての試料は、FACScanII(登録商標)およびCell Quest(登録商標)ソフトウェア(Becton Dickinson、米国カリフォルニア州マウンテンビュー)を用いて分析した。
電気泳動移動度シフトアッセイ(EMSA)
HUVEC(各条件1×106個の細胞)を記載のように調製し(Cai他、J Biol Chem、272、96〜101、1997)、T4キナーゼで末端を[γ−32P]標識したヒトHIV末端反復配列のkB配列を含む合成二本鎖31量体のオリゴヌクレオチドと共にインキュベートした。NF−κBが32P標識オリゴヌクレオチドに結合したことは、PAGEおよびオートラジオグラフィーによって決定された。
ウェスタン・ブロッティング
50μlの細胞溶解物上清(250μlの2×Laemmli緩衝液中に1×106)を、7.5%〜12.5%のSDS−PAGEで分離し、ウェットブロット(Bio Rad)によってImmobilon−P膜(Millipore、スイス、フォルケツヴィル)に移した。膜を連続的に、5%の乾燥乳中で1時間、一次抗体と共に終夜4℃で、およびHRP標識GaM(Dako、スイス、ツーク)と共に1時間インキュベートした。検出にはECLシステム(Amersham−Pharmacia Biotech)を使用した。再プロービングには、膜を2%のSDS、50mMのトリスおよび100mMのBME中、50℃で30分間ストリップした。
Claims (13)
- 腫瘍ならびに腫瘍転移を治療するための医薬組成物であって、
該医薬組成物は、少なくとも、
(i)抗血管新生剤、および
(ii)腫瘍壊死因子アルファ(TNFα)を、治療有効量において、含んでなり、
前記抗血管新生剤は、シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)ならびにその製薬的に許容される塩からなる群より選択される
ことを特徴とする、医薬組成物。 - 該医薬組成物は、製薬的に許容される担体、賦形剤、または希釈剤の少なくとも1つを、さらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。 - 前記血管新生剤およびTNFαは、互いに連結されて、1つの融合分子を形成している
ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の医薬組成物。 - 細胞傷害剤および/または化学療法剤を少なくとも1つ、さらに含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。 - 前記化学療法化合物は、シスプラチン、ドキソルビシン、ゲムシタビン、ドセタキセル、パクリタキセル(タキソール)、ブレオマイシンからなる群より選択される
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の医薬組成物。 - 腫瘍ならびに腫瘍転移を治療するための製薬キットであって、
該製薬キットは、
(i)少なくとも1つの抗血管新生剤、および
(ii)TNFα
を含んでなるパッケージを含み、
前記抗血管新生剤は、シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)ならびにその製薬的に許容される塩からなる群より選択される
ことを特徴とする、製薬キット。 - 該パッケージは、さらに、
(iii)細胞傷害剤および/または化学療法剤を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の製薬キット。 - (i)シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)、および
(ii)TNFα、
を含んでなる
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の製薬キット。 - 前記パッケージ中において、前記製薬的に活性な薬剤複数は、個別の容器内にて提供される
ことを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製薬キット。 - 腫瘍ならびに腫瘍転移を治療する用途で、同時または連続的に、該個体に対して投与するための、医薬品の製造を目的とする、
(i)シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)ならびにその製薬的に許容される塩からなる群より選択される、少なくとも1つの抗血管新生剤、および
(ii)TNFα
の使用。 - 該医薬品は、細胞傷害剤および/または化学療法剤の治療有効量と組み合わせて、投与される
ことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。 - 前記化学療法化合物は、シスプラチン、ドキソルビシン、ゲムシタビン、ドセタキセル、パクリタキセル(タキソール)、ブレオマイシンからなる群より選択される
ことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用。 - (i)シクロ(Arg−Gly−Asp−DPhe−NMeVal)、および
(ii)TNFα
の治療有効量が、同時または連続的に、前記個体に対して投与するための、医薬品の製造を目的として、使用される
ことを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
