Claims (17)

前記コーティングフィルムは前記製品の最外層であり、
前記コーティングされていない面の表面がチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの材料から形成される、製品。 - 前記コーティングされていない面が、底面またはコーティングされる間に製品を支える面である請求項1に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記コーティングされていない面が平坦である請求項1に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記コーティングされていない面が凹面である請求項1に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記コーティングフィルムは、少なくとも1つの乳化剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記コーティングフィルムは水に溶ける請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記チョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品の表面のうちの少なくとも50%が、前記フィルムによって被覆されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記チョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品の表面のうちの50〜80%が、前記フィルムによって被覆されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記チョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品の表面のうちの55〜70%が、前記フィルムによって被覆されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- フィルムコーティングの平均厚さが、1μm〜1mmである請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- フィルムコーティングの平均厚さが、10μm〜0.5mmである請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- フィルムコーティングの平均厚さが、15μm〜0.2mmである請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 加熱された場合耐変形性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- カカオバターおよび/またはカカオバター等価品を含み、コーティングされていない面でさえも耐ブルーム性であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 製品がチョコレートバーまたはチョコレートタブレットである請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品。
- 前記フィルムコーティングが、液浸、塗装または噴霧によって塗布される請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品を調製する方法。
- 前記フィルムコーティングが、製剤を霧化するための圧縮空気を用いるバイナリースプレーガンで塗布され、次いで、均一なフィルムを得るために製品をノズルの下に通過させるためのコンベヤーが使用される請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムコーティングされたチョコレート又はチョコレート類似物ベースの菓子製品を調製する方法。
