Description
(a)組成物全体の4重量%〜15重量%の量で存在する少なくとも1種類の重合可能な(メタ)アクリルモノマーと、
(b)水(反応性モノマー)に可溶性または分散性の結合剤と、
(c)有効な量のマイクロカプセルの形態の遊離ラジカル重合開始剤(過酸化ベンゾイル)とのエマルションまたは水性分散物である。
封止配合物は、4〜8重量%のアクリル樹脂と、40〜70重量%のフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェートとを含有する。好ましくは、本発明で用いられるフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェートは、40〜45%の濃度のノニルフェノキシポリエトキシ分枝鎖アンモニウムサルフェートと、0.1〜0.2%のアンモニア水溶液との水系混合物である。
脱イオン水 20〜35重量%
ブチルグリコール 4〜7重量%
顔料 0.1〜0.2重量%
二酸化チタン 2〜3重量%
アンモニア28% 0.1〜0.6重量%
アクリル樹脂 4〜8重量%
(水系エマルション中の硬化したコポリマー)
Teflon(登録商標)(粉末状) 9〜16重量%
ノニルフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェート 40〜70重量%
(水系エマルション状態)
安息香酸アンモニウム 0.5〜0.9重量%
本発明において重量%であらわされる量は、配合物の合計重量を指す。
脱イオン水 40〜60重量%
安息香酸アンモニウム 0.5〜2重量%
リン酸アンモニウム 0.05〜0.2重量%
二酸化チタン 1〜2重量%
アンモニア28% 0.3〜0.7重量%
ジメタクリレート 19〜27重量%
(ビスフェノールAエトキシレートジメタクリレート)
ジウレタンジメタクリレート 18〜28重量%
アクリル樹脂 5〜9重量%
(水系エマルション中の硬化したコポリマー)
顔料 0.3〜0.9重量%
タルク 0.4〜1重量%
過酸化ベンゾイル 2〜4重量%
マイクロカプセル化されたフェロセン 0.4〜1.4重量%
重量%であらわされる量は、配合物の合計重量を指す。
攪拌しつつ、30gの脱イオン水、4gのブチルグリコール、0.1gの顔料Unisperse(登録商標)ブルーID 30466565および0.2gのアンモニア水溶液28%をターボミキサーに加え、pH6.5で混合物を得る。この化合物を1400rpmの速度で混合し、次いで、この混合物に、2gの二酸化チタン、0.7gの安息香酸アンモニウムおよび4gのアクリル樹脂ACRYSOL(登録商標)ASE 60を攪拌しつつ加える。得られた混合物を0.6barの減圧下に置き、5分間攪拌を維持する。次いで、この混合物を大気圧にし、60gのフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェートを加えつつ、攪拌しつつ16gのTeflon(登録商標)を加える。得られた混合物を0.8barで25分間、攪拌を維持する。
55gの脱イオン水をターボミキサーに入れ、攪拌しつつ、0.6gの顔料UNISPERSE(登録商標)RED ID 1996500、0.4gのアンモニア水溶液28%、2gの二酸化チタン、0.8gのタルク、1gの安息香酸アンモニウム、0.1gのリン酸アンモニウム、6gのアクリル樹脂ACRYSOL(登録商標)ASE 60および18gのビスフェノールAエトキシレートジメタクリレートを加えた。混合物のpHは6.5である。得られる混合物の温度を周囲温度にして、混合物を0.6barの減圧に置き、減圧下、5分間攪拌を維持する。次いで、混合物の圧力を周囲圧力にし、21gのビスフェノールAエトキシレートジメタクリレートを加える。得られる混合物を0.8barの減圧に置き、20分間攪拌を維持する。このようにして得られた生成物に、3gのマイクロカプセル化された過酸化ベンゾイルおよび0.9gのマイクロカプセル化されたフェロセンを加え、混合物を5分間攪拌する。
55gの脱イオン水をターボミキサーに入れ、次いで、攪拌しつつ、0.6gの顔料UNISPERSE(登録商標)GREEN ID 30267548、0.4gのアンモニア水溶液28%、1gの二酸化チタン、1gの安息香酸アンモニウム、0.1gのリン酸アンモニウムおよび7gのACRYSOL(登録商標)ASE 60(アクリル樹脂として使用する)を加える。得られた混合物の温度を周囲温度にし、混合物を0.6barの減圧に置く。混合物の攪拌を、減圧下5分間維持する。混合物を周囲圧力にして、25gのビスフェノールAエトキシレートジメタクリレートを加える。0.8barの減圧下に置き、20分間攪拌を維持する。
Claims (6)
- 20〜35重量%の脱イオン水と、
4〜7重量%のブチルグリコールと、
0.1〜0.2重量%の顔料と、
2〜3重量%の二酸化チタンと、
0.1〜0.6重量%のアンモニア28%と、
4〜8重量%のアクリル樹脂(水系エマルション中の硬化したコポリマー)と、
9〜16重量%のTeflon(登録商標)(粉末状)と、
40〜70重量%のノニルフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェート(水系エマルション状態)と、
0.5〜0.9重量%の安息香酸アンモニウムと、
を含む封止配合物。 - ノニルフェノキシ−ポリエトキシサルフェートが、ノニルフェノキシポリエトキシ分枝鎖アンモニウムサルフェートとアンモニア水溶液とを含有する水系混合物であることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止配合物。 - アクリル樹脂は、前記水系エマルションであるACRYSOL(登録商標)ASE60であることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の封止配合物。 - NH4OHおよびNaOHから選択される無機塩基を前記封止配合物に加えることにより、前記封止配合物のpHが5〜10の範囲に保たれていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止配合物。 - ネジのネジ山、ボルトおよびネジキャップまたは封止キャップに対する封止剤としての請求項1に記載の封止配合物の使用。
- ネジのネジ山、ボルトおよびネジキャップまたは封止キャップの表面をプライマーで前処理しないことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の封止配合物の使用。
