Claims (5)
- 電子制御器(142;230)により圧力調整可能な圧力媒体回路(120;122;210)の、特に電子的にスリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ装置(110)のブレーキ回路の第1の圧力媒体チャンバー(150;214)内で電気機械式充填レベル監視機構(222)の機能検査を行う方法であって、
前記圧力媒体回路(120;122;210)が、前記第1の圧力媒体チャンバー(150;214)から仕切られている少なくとも1つの第2の圧力媒体チャンバー(146;148;216)と、前記第1の圧力媒体チャンバー(150;214)と前記第2の圧力媒体チャンバー(146;148;216)を連結する圧力媒体結合部(232)と、前記圧力媒体結合部(232)内に配置されている電子的に起動可能な圧力媒体搬送機構(114;234)と、を有している前記方法において、
設定可能な時間にわたって前記圧力媒体搬送機構(114;234)を起動することにより、前記第1の圧力媒体チャンバー(150;214)内に含まれている圧力媒体を前記第2の圧力媒体チャンバー(146;148;216)内へ搬送すること、
設定した前記時間内で、前記電子制御器(142;230)により、前記充填レベル監視機構(222)の信号推移を検知して評価すること、
前記電子制御器(142;230)により、前記時間内での前記信号推移において信号跳躍または連続的な信号変化が確認できない場合に警告信号を出力すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記電子制御器(142;230)により信号跳躍または連続的な信号変化が確認されたときに、警告信号の出力を抑止することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法を車両の駆動装置を始動する際に実施することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記圧力媒体回路(120,122;210)が電子的にスリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ装置(110)のブレーキ回路であり、前記車両ブレーキ装置が、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(118)と、車輪ブレーキ(112)と、電子的に起動可能で、前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(118)と前記車輪ブレーキ(112)との間にある回路切り離し弁(136)と、電子的に起動可能で、前記圧力媒体搬送機構(114)と前記車輪ブレーキ(112)との間にある遮断弁(130)と、を備えている前記方法において、
前記方法を実施するため、前記遮断弁(130)と前記回路切り離し弁(136)とを、これら弁(130;136)がそれぞれ開弁位置に制御されるように、前記電子制御器(142)によって起動させること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法であって、前記第1の圧力媒体チャンバー(150;214)と前記第2の圧力媒体チャンバー(146;148;216)が補償開口部(220)を介して互いに連通している前記方法において、
前記時間の経過後、前記電子制御器(142;230)により、前記充填レベル監視機構(222)の前記信号が前記時間の開始時における値をとるまでの時間を測定すること、求めたこの時間から、前記電子制御器(142;230)により前記圧力媒体の品質を判断すること、
を特徴とする方法。
