Claims (3)
- シート状の豆腐を成型する豆腐の凝固装置であって、
搬送ベルトと、
前記搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端に設けられる側壁と、を備え、
前記搬送ベルトと前記側壁により画定される空間に注入される凝固剤入りの豆乳を搬送しながら当該豆乳を凝固させてシート状の豆腐を成型し、
前記側壁が、前記搬送ベルトの搬送方向に沿って、互いに接触する様に並べられた複数の側壁片を含み、
前記複数の側壁片が、前記搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端の上側において駆動する無端ベルトに設けられており、
前記無端ベルトが、前記搬送ベルトの主面に垂直な面に配置された無限軌道面に沿って駆動し、
前記複数の側壁片が、前記無限軌道面に対して平行な面方向であって、かつ前記搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端において、当該搬送ベルトの主面に対して垂直方向に起立するように設けられている、
豆腐の凝固装置。 - 請求項1記載の豆腐の凝固装置であって、
前記無端ベルトの無限軌道が、直線軌道部分と当該直線軌道部分の途中で垂直方向に湾曲する湾曲軌道部分を含み、
前記湾曲軌道部分において、前記側壁片に洗浄液を噴射する洗浄装置を更に備える、
豆腐の凝固装置。 - シート状の豆腐を成型する豆腐の凝固装置であって、
搬送ベルトと、
前記搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端に設けられる側壁と、を備え、
前記搬送ベルトと前記側壁により画定される空間に注入される凝固剤入りの豆乳を搬送しながら当該豆乳を凝固させてシート状の豆腐を成型し、
前記側壁が、前記搬送ベルトの搬送方向に沿って、互いに接触する様に並べられた複数の側壁片を含み、
前記複数の側壁片が前記搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端に固定されており、
前記搬送ベルトが第1の搬送ベルトであり、
前記第1の搬送ベルトによって支持され、当該第1の搬送ベルトとともに移動可能な第2の搬送ベルトと、
前記第2の搬送ベルトの幅方向の両端に密着しつつ、前記複数の側壁片の周囲を移動可能な側壁無端ベルトを更に備える、
豆腐の凝固装置。
