Claims (9)
- 被印刷基材がインク層を有するインクキャリアに対向して配置され、前記インク層に隆起が形成されるように前記インク層が局部的に加熱され、前記隆起が前記被印刷基材に接触し、前記被印刷基材と前記インクキャリアとの間の相対移動によって前記隆起にくびれが生じるステップを経て、インクの分裂がもたらされる、印刷プロセスであって、前記被印刷基材および前記インクキャリアは、印刷速度の少なくとも2倍の移動速度で移動される、印刷プロセス。
- 前記インク層がレーザーによって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 前記インクキャリアおよび前記被印刷基材が互いに平行に移動されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 前記隆起が接触している間の前記被印刷基材が、0.01mm超および/または3mm未満の距離で、前記インク層のそばを通り過ぎるようにガイドされることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 1~100μmの厚さのインク層が前記被印刷基材に塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 前記インク層が、レーザーを透過するインクキャリア上に配置されるウェットインク層であること、および/または使用される前記インクキャリアがポリマーフィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセス。
- エフェクト顔料、金属粒子、および/または1μmを超える平均直径を有する粒子を含むインクが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 印刷後の前記インクが焼き付けられること、および/または2つ以上のインク層が互いに重ねられて塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセス。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の印刷プロセスを実行するように構成される印刷機。
