- 電源から供給される電圧を高電圧に変換できる
高電圧発生装置と周波数変換装置とを含み高電圧
発生装置の二次側電極のうち一極を適所にアース
し、他極を電極に接続するとともに該電極外側に
金属管を外嵌し最外側に先端を閉止した絶縁外装
管を外被してなる棒状処理部を被処理対象に接触
又は近接してなる高電圧による被処理対象活性化
装置。
