Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定部材に形成された平面の平面度を光学的
に測定するための平面度測定装置であつて、 互いに偏波面が直交し且つ異なる２周波数を有
する２光成分を含むレーザビームを発射するレー
ザ光源と、 該レーザ光源から発射されるレーザビームを互
いに平行な複数本の平行ビームに変換する平行ビ
ーム形成手段と、 複数の参照ビーム受光部および計測ビーム受光
部をそれぞれ有し、前記参照ビームと計測ビーム
とのビート信号を出力する光検出手段と、 前記平行ビーム形成手段と前記被測定部材との
間に配設され、該平行ビーム形成手段からの複数
本の平行ビームをそれぞれ複数本の参照ビームお
よび計測ビームとに分離し、且つ該複数本の参照
ビームを前記光検出手段の参照ビーム受光部へ向
かつて伝播させる一方、該複数本の計測ビームを
前記被測定部材の平面へ向かつて伝播させるとと
もに該平面からの反射ビームも前記光検出手段の
計測ビーム受光部へ向かつて伝播させるビーム分
離手段と、 前記被測定部材を、前記複数本の計測ビームに
対して直角な方向へ相対移動させる移動手段と、 該移動手段により前記被測定部材が相対移動さ
せられるときにおける前記ビート信号の位相変化
に基づいて前記被測定部材の平面の形状を測定す
る測定手段と、 を含むことを特徴とするレーザドツプラ平面度測
定装置。
