Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光磁気デイスクからの反射光におけるカー
回転角の大きさを差動光学系により測定するよう
にした光磁気デイスク検査装置において、直交す
る偏光成分の光強度に比例した各光検出器の出力
信号を受けその差および和を求めるとともにこの
差信号を和信号により割り算する演算回路と、こ
の演算回路の出力を所定のゲインおよびオフセツ
トをもつて増幅する増幅器とを具備してなる光磁
気デイスク検査装置。 (2) 前記和信号の代りにサーボ光学系において
サーボエラーを検出するフオトダイオードの出力
の総和を利用するようにしてなる請求項１に記載
の光磁気デイスク検査装置。
