Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 脆弱なシート材料Sが支持表面18上に延展
状態に保持され、切断バイト18及びシート材料
が相対的にパターンの輪郭により限定される切断
閉径路に沿つて案内される間に、シート材料から
パターン片Pを切断する装置において、 支持表面18の上方に所定の間隔を置きそして
支持表面対し平行に移動するように装着される工
具支持体82,90であつて支持表面に垂直な軸
線の回りに回転可能に軸受96,98により支承
されるスリーブ90を含む工具支持体、 工具支持体のスリーブ内に同心状に取り付けら
れ支持表面に垂直な軸線に沿つて支持表面に向か
う方向及び支持表面から離れる方向にスリーブに
対し摺動可能である円筒形の押え脚82、 押え脚の下端を支持表面上のシート材料から離
間する方向へ偏向するように押え脚に取り付けら
れる弾性手段104、 押え脚に固定的に取り付けられる硬い円柱形部
材から形成される切断バイト80であつて、切断
閉径路にするように押え脚と共にシート材料に垂
直の軸線の回りに回転可能であり、切断バイトの
硬い円柱形部材の下端が尖鋭な切刃120におい
て交差する2個の研磨表面116,118を有し
、切刃が硬い円柱部材の一方の側面の上方の点か
らそれと反対の他方の側面の最下点へシート材料
に垂直な軸線に対しある角度をなして支持表面の
方へ下方へ延びると共に最下点に置いて押え脚の
下端から所望の切り込み深さに等しい制限された
量だけ突出し、それによつて切断バイトが切断工
程の間に押圧されながら推進されるとき切刃がシ
ート材料に切断係合関係になるように方向変換運
動し切断閉径路に整合して移動される切断バイト
、及び、 押え脚及び切断バイトを弾性手段に抗して下方
へ押圧し、切断工程の間に切断バイトの切断閉径
路に整合する方向変換運動を妨げることなく押え
脚の下端まで切刃をシート材料中へ貫入させるア
クチユエータ手段84、 から成ることを特徴とする装置。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のシー
ト材料を切断する装置にして、シート材料が可撓
性プラスチツクシート材料であることを特徴とす
る装置。 3 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のシー
ト材料を切断する装置にして、切り込み深さがシ
ート材料の厚さのほぼ半分に制限されることを特
徴とする装置。 4 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のシー
ト材料を切断する装置にして、押え脚の下端を支
持表面上のシート材料から離間する方向へ偏向す
るように押え脚に取り付けられる弾性手段104
が、押え脚の上部に固着される止め輪108と上
方のベアリング96間に圧縮状態に配置されるコ
イルばねであり、アクチユエータ手段84がソレ
ノイド式アクチユエータであることを特徴とする
装置。
