- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 空気圧シリンダを減速停止させる空気圧シリン
ダの減速停止装置において、 上記減速停止装置が、該装置内を駆動するブレ
ーキピストンにより区画された一対の空気室と、
上記ブレーキピストンに内設した上記空気圧シリ
ンダのロツドを把持するブレーキ機構と、上記空
気室の圧力空気の流出を阻止する逆止弁を有する
供給ポートと、上記空気室の空気圧を略一定の圧
力に保持するリリーフ弁と、上記ブレーキピスト
ンのストローク終端近くにおいて上記空気室を外
部に連通させる開放弁、 とを備えていることを特徴とする空気圧シリン
ダの減速停止装置。
