  1. 良品アツセンブリ基板を基準基板とし、これと
    未検査アツセンブリ基板に同一テスト信号を印加
    し、各々の基板の互いの同一テストポイントの出
    力同士を比較してその差出力を以て良否判定の検
    出出力を得る論理回路基板良否検査装置において
    、前記各々の基板の互いの同一テストポイントの
    出力同士の比較出力を、該比較する系統に応じそ
    の系統での最大動作遅れ時間に対応して定めた時
    間幅以内の時間幅の入力を除去する選択手段を通
    して選択し、良否判定動作を行う構成としたこと
    を特徴とする論理回路基板良否検査装置。
