Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定光から波長の一部を分離する分光手
段と、一定波長の光を出力する基準レーザ光源と
、この基準レーザ光源と前記分光手段の出力光と
をそれぞれ２光束に分割する分割手段と、前記各
２光束の光路差を等しく変化させる光学手段と、
この光学手段を通過した前記２光束間の干渉によ
りそれぞれ生じる光ビート信号の明暗の変化から
被測定光の波長を演算する演算手段とを備えたこ
とを特徴とするレーザ特性測定装置。 (2) 分光手段の出力光の少なくとも一部を分離
する分離手段と、この分離手段の出力光を検出す
る受光素子とを備え、受光素子の出力から被測定
光のスペクトル分布を測定する請求項１記載のレ
ーザ測定装置。
