Claims (1)
- 能動領域を絶縁分離するフイールド酸化膜、こ
のフイールド酸化膜における環状の薄膜部の下方
に形成されたガードリング拡散層及び前記フイー
ルド酸化膜上に配設された内蔵用の回路素子とを
備えた回路素子内蔵型トランジスタにおいて、前
記内蔵用の回路素子を前記フイールド酸化膜にお
ける前記環状の薄膜部以外の膜厚が厚い領域の上
に配設したことを特徴とする回路素子内蔵型トラ
ンジスタ。
