Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は自転車のハンドルに関するものである。
従来の自転車ではハンドルのグリップが水平であり手前
側を向いている為に上り坂などでカをいれて走る時に、
手が滑って非常に危険であった（特に雨天時、）本実は
その欠点を除く為に考案されたもので。
