Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 石英ボートに化合物半導体の構成元素の一つ
を入れて融液とし、該融液に他の構成元素の蒸気
を接触させて反応を生じさせ前記化合物半導体の
単結晶を育成する化合物半導体単結晶製造装置に
おいて、前記石英ボートの側面の外側に、加熱に
よる変形を防止する前記石英ボートと同材質の補
強材が設けてあることを特徴とする化合物半導体
単結晶製造装置。 ２ 前記補強材は、前記石英ボートの側面および
底面に垂直でその一辺は該石英ボート底面と同一
平面図にある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の化合物半導体単結晶製造装置。 ３ 前記補強材は、前記石英ボート側面外側に間
隔をおい取り付けるものである実用新案登録請求
