Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の加熱区域を有するリフロー槽内に前記各
    加熱区域を通過する基板搬送用コンベアを設け、
    電子部品およびハンダが搭載された基板を前記コ
    ンベアにて搬送させることにより、各加熱区域に
    おける加熱作用によりハンダを融解させて電子部
    品と基板とを接合するようにした基板における電
    子部品のリフローハンダ付け装置において、 前記コンベアを複数に分割し、各コンベアを異
    なる駆動源により独立に駆動させるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする基板における電子部品のリフロー
    ハンダ付け装置。
