Claims (1)
- 外周部に加熱炉が設けられた内部に不活性ガス
が封入されている反応管内に石英台を配置し、そ
の上にウエハをセツトして該石英台を付着の操作
棒により前記反応管内を長手方向に移動させて前
記ウエハの熱処理を行なう半導体の熱処理装置に
おいて、前記操作棒の端部付近に磁性体を取り付
け、前記反応管の端部には前記磁性体との間の磁
気力により前記操作棒を外部より非接触的に移動
させる可動磁性体が設けてあることを特徴とする
半導体の熱処理装置。
