Claims (1)
- 真空蒸着槽内に少なくとも金属粉末資料を蒸発
させるための蒸発源と振動を加えることにより前
記金属粉末資料を前記蒸発源に微小移送するため
の移送板を有してなるフラツシユ蒸着装置におい
て、前記移送板を第１及び第２の凹部を有するＳ
字状振動板の前記第１の凹部の形成部材により形
成し、振動用電磁石及び磁石用吸引部材を第２の
凹部内に配設したことを特徴とするフラツシユ蒸
着装置。
