- ＩＣチツプをとりつけるための貫通孔と、該Ｉ
Ｃチツプとプリント基板を結線するためのボンデ
イング用ランドパターンが形成された第１のプリ
ント基板と、外部接続端子パターンが形成された
第２のプリント基板とが積層されてなるＩＣカー
ド用ＩＣモジユールにおいて、該第２の基板の該
第１の基板に接する面に該貫通孔に対応する部分
を含み、かつその外周が該第１の基板のボンデイ
ング用ランドパターンの外周よりも大きい金属薄
層よりなるダイパツドパターンが形成され、さら
に該ダイパツドパターンの外周とモジユール外周
の間には前記ダイパツドパターンと同一層、同一
素材によるダミーパターンが形成されていること
を特徴とするＩＣカード用ＩＣモジユール。
