  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエハをＸ―Ｙテーブルで支持し、該半
    導体ウエハ上に形成された半導体ペレツトの電気
    的特性をプローブカードの電極針で検出するプロ
    ーバと、 該プローバで検出された測定値の検査項目別の
    良否を判別するテスターと、 該テスターから送られる被検ペレツトの検査項
    目別の良否信号を受け取り、記録紙上のウエハマ
    ツプの被検ペレツト対応箇所に検査項目別の異な
    る不良マークを記録する記録装置とからなる半導
    体装置の特性検査装置。
