Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 少なくとも１つのＰＮ接合を有する半導体
基板の上に少なくとも１つの多結晶シリコンから
成る抵抗素子を載置し、全体をパツケージに収め
た半導体装置において、前記抵抗素子は絶縁性の
パツケージ被膜の上に設けられ且つ表面が露出し
ていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 前記抵抗素子の露出面に樹脂が触れるよう
に全体を樹脂モールドしたことを特徴とする請求
項第１項に記載の半導体装置。
