- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フリツプフロツプと一対のスイツチングトラン
ジスタとを用いてメモリセルが構成されており、
一対のドライバトランジスタを用いて前記フリツ
プフロツプが構成されている半導体メモリにおい
て、 前記一対のドライバトランジスタに接続されて
いる接地線が、前記一対ずつのスイツチングトラ
ンジスタ及びドライバトランジスタの各々を分離
しているフイールド絶縁膜下に形成されている半
導体メモリ。
