    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検査対象物のエツジ方向と略平行な方向の走査
    線をもち検査対象物の画像信号を出力するカメラ
    手段と、その画像信号を微分処理して微分信号を
    出力する微分演算手段と、前記微分信号が所定レ
    ベルを越えたときにクラツク検出信号を出力する
    クラツク判定手段とを具備したことを特徴とする
    エツジクラツクの検査装置。
