Claims (1)
- 対象物表面の異物を画像処理によつて外観検査
する装置において、撮像された前記対象物表面の
２値化画像における前記異物のパターンが占める
画素を計数し、この計数値が所定値以上のときに
第１の判定信号を出力する第１の計数・判定回路
と；撮像された前記対象物表面の微分画像におけ
る前記異物の輪郭パターンが通る画素を計数し、
この計数値が別の所定値以上のときに第２の判定
信号を出力する第２の計数・判定回路と；を備え
、前記第１、第２の各判定信号に基づいて前記対
象物表面の良否判定をするようにしたことを特徴
とする外観検査装置。
