Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バルブを開閉駆動する交流電動機をインバ
    ータで作動させるとともに、バルブ開閉の始動・
    停止信号及びバルブの全開・全閉・開トルク・閉
    トルク等の限度設定検出信号でインバータの作動
    ・停止を行わせる制御回路の他に、交流電動機の
    回転速度を変えるインバータ制御を行う速度調整
    器を備えたことを特徴とする電動バルブアクチユ
    エータ。 (2) 速度調整器がバルブの駆動軸の一部からそ
    の回転を取り出して駆動させられるポテンシヨメ
    ータで、同ポテンシヨメータでインバータを制御
    して連続的に交流電動機の回転を変える請求項１
    記載の電動バルブアクチユエータ。
