Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ この考案は作業帽に関するもので、戸外で作業
するときの日除けをも期した帽子に係わるもので
ある。
［従来の技術］ 図面を参考にして説明する。
従来戸外用作業帽として前頭部に当てるべく膨
らみを形成した湾曲布１を介して庇２と三角巾３
が縫着された帽子は存在し公知である。
［考案が解決しようとする問題点］ 上記従来の帽子において、庇２は三角巾３の一
辺の中央部に配置縫着されていて着用時には前記
一辺の両端３′，３″を顎下に結ぶ。
従つて全体的に布が密着した暑苦しさを感じ
た。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ 図面に基づいて説明する。
前頭部に当てるべく膨らみを形成した湾曲布１
を介して、庇２と三角巾３が縫着された戸外用作
業帽において、湾曲布１の内側にネツト４を稍緊
張状態に重ね縫いしてある。
［実施例］ 図面に基づいて説明する。
前頭部に当てるべく膨らみを形成した湾曲布１
を介して、庇２と三角巾３が縫着された戸外用作
業帽において、湾曲布１の内側にネツト４を稍緊
張状態に重ね縫いしたものである。
すなわち、湾曲布１は頭部の周方向に３分割さ
れた布の縫着によつて膨らみを形成してある。本
考案は同様に膨らみを形成したネツト４を湾曲布
１に重ね縫いしてある。その場合ネツト４は湾曲
布１に比べ僅かに短くして稍緊張状態に張着して
いる。
［作用］ ネツト４の存在によつて着用時の張力にはこの
ネツトが抵抗し湾曲布１は常に自然な膨らみを保
つ。従つて型崩れも生じ難く布と頭部との間に風
通しを許す空間が保たれる。
［考案の効果］ 本考案は上述の如く構成されているため、この
帽子を暑い時期の作業に用いても布がからみつく
ような感触に代わり、ネツトの感触によつて涼し
くさわやかな着用がなされる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は縦断面図、第２図は三角巾を展開した
平面図である。 １……湾曲布、２……庇、３……三角巾、４…

  1. 前頭部に当てるべく膨らみを形成した湾曲布１
    を介して、庇２と三角巾３が縫着された婦人帽に
    おいて、湾曲布１の内側にネツト４を稍緊張状態
    に重ね縫いしてなる作業帽。
