Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 内装材等を下型と上型とからなる成形型間に
配設し、下型と上型との型合わせにより前記内装
材等に適宜の凹凸部を成形するようになされた内
装材等の成形方法において、前記下型及び上型の
何れか一方に凹状部が、他方に凸状部が夫々形成
され、前記成形型の凹状部に内装材等が凸状部に
より押圧されて挿入される際に、内装材等が接触
する成形型の端縁部に回転部材を設け、前記内装
材等に適宜のテンシヨンを与えるように内装材等
の端部を保持し、次いで成形時に内装材等を成形
型の端縁部の回転部材に接触させて回転部材を回
転させながら凹状部に挿入する事を特徴とする内
装材等の成形方法。 2 前記内装材が車両等のフロアカーペツトであ
る事を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の内
装材等の成形方法。 3 下型と上型とを備え、前記下型及び上型の何
れか一方に凹状部が他方に凸状部が形成され、前
記下型及び上型間に配設された内装材等に適宜の
凹凸部を成形するようになされた成形型におい
て、前記成形型の凹状部に内装材等が凸状部によ
り押圧されて挿入される際に、内装材等が接触す
る成形型の端縁部に回転部材を配設した事を特徴
とする内装材等の成形型。 4 前記回転部材は成形型の端縁部に回転自在に
設けられたローラーからなる事を特徴とする特許
